The zipper design is great

Though very expensive I am so far impressed with these bags. I have gotten many with the zip top and they always leak out or only last for one use then they are useless. I am hoping with the zipper design these will stay in my bag without expanding. Time will tell. Due to the type of bag it does seem they do not collapse as much as the bags I previously have used, though again, they always let air out eventually so this, I hope will be worth that trade.

High Quality Bags

This bag is a great solution for maximizing the packing space. I already used it in a few travels and I can honestly say it was a game changer! The materials have great quality and are durable.

Poor Customer Service - Long wait to receive product.

I ordered my Aerless 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. Customer service is non existent. All one can do is email them through the website. All you get in return is a canned message stating the package is in transit. No real information. Very frustrating. There are so many other companies that sell this type of product. I suggest you use one of them instead of Aerless.

Poor shipping

I ordered last but it has not shipped yet and I get no response from the company . They may be good products but I wouldn’t know as no progress on the order being sent to me.

Delivery was never tracked or arrived. Cannot get a response from the company to refund or track. Ordered 1 month ago and email 4 times to only get auto replies. Also messaged on Instagram with no response.

Well made materials

Well made materials. Worked well once I figured out that my air pump was charged. Suggest having the red light change to green when charging is complete. Needed my husband to unzip the bags the first time.

Huge space saver

These compression bags were a game changer for packing! I was able to fit significantly more clothes into my suitcase easily and the bags feel durable. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to pack more efficiently.

Ghosting me when I ask for a refund

I ordered a pack of vacuum bags on Feb. 3 and it took over 3 weeks for the items to ship. I reached out inquiring about shipping times and got an immediate response. My issue is with delivery. I live in a city and I got an email stating the items were delivered to a “door/yard” meaning they left my package at an external door of my apartment complex. Needless to say, I never found my package. I’ve reached out to get a refund and the company is ghosting me. I’ve emailed 2 times over the last 10 days and also messaged them on Instagram. Based on comments on their instagram, it seems like they do this to a lot of people if you ask for a return or refund.

I purchased the travel vacuum sealer…

I purchased the travel vacuum sealer and it was incompatible. I contacted Aerless they offered 20% refund and keep the item or I could return. Why would I keep something I can’t use? In the email they sent a link that goes NOWHERE! Multiple attempts to reach Aerless is unsuccessful. They are a scam. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General..

Excellent products and concept, but no returns.

I have not used the Aerless bags nor the Weekender yet, but I can say that they arrived as promised.
The material is sturdy as described, and I believe they will provide the intended service very well
In my case I think the weekender, although made with light material, once packed following the Aerless guidelines it could become too heavy for me. I prefer one with wheels to move around in a busy airport. Thanks.
I am amending my review 26 days after my original one, to say that although my opinion of the bags has not changed, my opinion on the
Aerless company business practices has drastically changed: I contacted them to return the Weekender travel bag because they advertise “100-day Money back guarantee” and “100 day hassle free returns”, but within the 100-days, four times I have requested instructions on how to return the Weekender travel bag, and they have been ignoring my request. They do not keep their promise of “hassle free returns”, buy the product ONLY if you are sure you will keep it. Aerless appears to be not an honest company.

Perfect Investment for Budget-Friendly Travelers

Not expectig to be this useful

I recently picked up the Aerless vacuum bag set for an upcoming trip, and I’m really happy with it. The bags are sturdy, simple to use, and they make a noticeable difference in how much space I have in my carry-on.

The hand pump is small and lightweight, so it’s easy to bring along. That makes it very convenient if you need to compress your clothes again while traveling.

Overall, it’s a really useful travel accessory. Frequent travelers will definitely appreciate how much easier it is to fit more into a suitcase. ✈️

The whole company sucks

The whole company sucks. My bags are sitting on my front porch as of this review -due to Aerless lying about delivery timing. They took almost a month to arrive EVEN THOUGH I paid for an express shipping. I left for the vacation for which I bought the bags before delivery despite emailing since day one . Those folks are liars. They just sent me an email asking to rate them and if u select anything less than five stars, you get redirected to their site for more purchase or review there- but four or five stars took me straight to Trustpilot. Thank goodness Trustpilot doesn’t play those dubious games with reviews. Aerless is NOT a 5 star business - what a disappointment!!!

I placed my order 2/6 and haven’t received it yet horrible customer service will never use you again Order #1390226. I’m waiting for some sort of credit. I think this website is a scam. My order was crap and they have done nothing to accommodate me.

Easy to order came in good time

Easy to order came in good time. However i thought the vacuum pump was not as strong as advertised. I also look forward to the carryon actually being able to be vacuum pumped as well to lessen the bulk. Any chance that could be in the works?

Couldn’t tell you if the product is good or not. Ordered it 10 days ago with no updates on shipping. I have no idea when it will arrive. Will update if it ever arrives and warrants a better rating. Overall, wish the company was more transparent about shipping origins and timing.
