Absolutely nightmare with this company. I did not sign up for a subscription service yet they are now charging me £74 for 3 little 250ml bottles of olive oil. They won't answer on their phone service to resolve. If you want a high phenolic olive oil try Grelia same strength much cheaper and better service in my experience.

Aeons Total Harmony - I have previously ordered a bottle one delivered in two consecutive orders. No problem. I think these tablets work as I feel better when taking them. I shan't be ordering anymore! i want to order one bottle (as the price is unaffordable for more than one bottle at a time) but the order procedure won't let me! Ridiculous way to lose customers.

Not overly impressed with customer services lack of response to my recent emails regarding a repeat order. My email instruction a year ago was to pause until further notice.

Whilst this is clearly a reasonable version of a good high polyphenol olive oil, I would describe the price as excessive. I recommended the product toant of my NHS colleagues in a previous year, but unfortunately when an order arrives without consent and the matter is not addressed it puts me off significantly.

Improved digestion, more energy, generally feel better

I thought I'd try the fermented whey protein powder. I'll write after a cpl of weeks to review accurately after using but for now I'm disappointed to read the pack. Recommended dosage is one scoop which provides 7g of protein. That's one egg, slice of cheese....I wish I'd read that before purchasing. This product is expensive but it's fermented and meant to support gut health too. So let's see. Don't think I'll buy again at this point. I'll keep you posted.

Well I absolutely love the olive oil which I have daily on a spoon! The Kanuka honey 🍯 is also amazing I have never tasted anything like it!
I’m also loving the menopause supplement, although I am experiencing very hot and cold sweats more regularly and wondered if there was anything in the ingredients which might be causing this.

I’ve had a few of their overpriced items, none of which have worked but I’ve not sent them back due to the cost of postage.
Latest is I got and email saying something I got 6 months ago was on a subscription - something I wasn’t aware of - that they were going to be sending me another 6 months supply (I didn’t take them all before as I saw no results).
I emailed saying I hadn’t realised they were on subscription but that I didn’t want them. I got an email saying I hadn’t realised to ring them to cancel but before I had chance to I got another email saying they’d been dispatched.
Well I suppose now I’ll have chance to see how they process refunds.
If you’re reading this because you are thinking about ordering, don’t bother

Having had the Olive Oil for an over a year with marvellous results for my joints and skin I have recommended it to my family and friends last week my sister and my cousins have also ordered the olive oil. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive .

I took out a subscription in February at a cost of £80.85 for 6 bottles of olive oil. In May I received 6 bottles and was debited a further £80.85. On Saturday I was debited £80.85 and received only 3 bottles. I emailed Aeons to ask for a refund and to cancel my subscription. The reply told me to phone to cancel my subscription. No mention was made of the refund. I telephoned and my subscription is now cancelled but I was informed that £80.85 is correct for 3 bottles, despite my earlier deliveries. I am disgusted.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased 2 boxes of Bone broth several months ago to try and liked the product, so I decided to subscribe for 4 boxes at a time at what I was led to believe a discounted price of £179.80. I received my second delivery on subscription last week, I have since been on their website only to find that I could currently buy 4 boxes for £159.80 a saving of £20, but if I started a new subscription it would be £139.80 a whopping £40 cheaper! I emailed customer service stating this and also saying I would like to cancel my subscription. Their response was to tell me how to cancel my subscription but no mention of the overcharging. I then called them to cancel and also complain saying I would like a response, but absolutely nothing! Disgraceful!

Delicious! Another quality product from Dr Sarah Brewer. Great value, especially when ordering via Subscribe and Save option.

Aeons have said they have cancelled the order and my money will be refunded. Fingers crossed.

Got a good kick to it and is good for salads or soups and just think its a good part of the others ancient roots / forest riches ect

I was interested in trying the bone broth after viewing the video especially when it said for a limited time the price would be £29.95. So I clicked on the link but nowhere could I buy it for £29.95. It just started from £44.95 for 2 boxes. I phoned the company & they said I could buy the product for £29.95 over the phone but I would have to buy six boxes. £179.70 thank you very much. I thought it was very misleading so unfortunately I have decided not to buy.

I note that your price as increased by 20 percent on the promotional one in the last month. I am not happy about that . However my arthritus in my left knee caused by recent injury has improved, but the same condition in my right ankle has not. The latter was caused by an injury in 1944 though. I shall try , another bottle, an see if there is any further improvement

Just 1/2 teaspoon totally enhances flavour of any dish, and so goes a very long way.

When I read about the benefits of this product I decided to try it. I can't say I like the taste, but it is less gritty if the mixture is whisked rather than stirred. I do have lots of energy and I found my skin was clearer. This is something I do not want to stop taking for the time being at least.

This is the tastiest salt I ever had it adds so much taste to food definitely recommend

It’s a very strong tasting salt and only needs a very small amount to garnish the food. Nevertheless it does taste good but I don’t use it every day as some meals I prepare for myself do not require it.
