Absolutely NO customer support after…
Absolutely NO customer support after this company restructured. You can't find support videos and links on their website take you to pages that don't exist anymore. I have two lasers from them. One is a brand new Mira 9 Redline that I waited on for months (I knew I would be waiting and accepted that), but now that I have it, I am completely on my own to set it up. I am having problems with my Mira 7 and have little hope of getting any help. Aeon used to be a great company with great customer support, but now I am very disappointed. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will post negative reviews and "buyers beware" every chance I get. If I could sell the ones I have, I would and I would purchase from a different company (a competitor with RELIABLE customer service--even though the new one will cost me much more money).
