Beware - a Chinese company using a False Review Site
This is a Chinese company selling under the auspices of a UK arm of a company called Aeltcare UK. This company used to be MauArcher, and changed its name because of the bad reviews. They also use a scam expert review site premiumreview.org, which I suspect uses bots to create false reviews, and which puts their toothbrush at the top of the reviews. I fell for this fraud last night and tried to cancel within a few hours with no response. I've now received an email that it is shipped on worldwide shipping, almost certainly from China. I've contacted my credit card company and should get refunded whether the toothbrush/water flossed arrives or not, as I've been duped into buying it. Do not buy anything from this scam Chinese company, and ignore any glowing reviews you see as I wouldn't be surprised they are written on behalf of this company.
TOTAL SCAM used to be MauArcher UK
TOTAL SCAM used to be MauArcher UK, just search Trust Pilot for MauArcher and you'll see.
Basically if you go to the old URL
mauarcher (dot) co (dot) uk
It redirects to AeltCare. They did this because there is too much SEO on how MauArcher was and is still a scam.
They masqueraded as a UK site, but in reality it is a Chinese front website and their products are manufactured with poor quality in China.
When I found out, they refused to give me a refund, even though they apparently have a "refund policy" but the "customer service" person named Joy takes days to reply, and when he/she does refuses to honor the refund request.
If you have purchased from them you must ask your credit card company to do a chargeback.
