I have been trying for 1 hour to cancel my medical insurance ( I have found a better and cheaper one). I have been searching their website to find the cancelation form - can't find it, and trying to find their address to send a cancelation letter to - can't find that either. I would not recommend this company.

The agents have always been professional, but I have been waiting for TAC for a fall. The doctor ordered it as “urgent” and it was denied because of the waiting period. I had Mapfre before and wished I had stayed with them- and I paid for both policies for two months. So, the waiting period should not have been an issue. And this was an emergency. Never had any issues with Mapfre. I made a huge mistake 😔 huge!

I deeply regret choosing Aegon Health Insurance. I went to the emergency room with unbearable stomach pain, burning, and bloating. The emergency doctor requested an endoscopy, but Aegon refused to approve it. Because of this, I had to see an internal medicine doctor and undergo all the required tests. Despite providing all the reports, including hospital documents, test results, and a detailed report from the doctor as per their request, they still refuse to approve the procedure, claiming the documents are incomplete. The hospital confirmed that the reports I provided are more than sufficient. It has been two months of suffering because of them. Never again with this insurance company.

If you have a question or need help finding a doctor, you shouldn't count on support. You ask one thing and get an answer to another question, and you'll be lucky if you get it. To connect to support in English, you need to find out how to cross the IVR in Spanish. Making an appointment for children with doctors through the app is impossible, and you need to call the clinics yourself and make arrangements. I have never seen such terrible service in any insurance company. The laziest Contact Center ever. I do not recommend anyone to get insurance here.

So far completely feels like scam.
Was lied to that insurance is sin carencia and sin copago.
After few days when discover it isn’t I have called to cancel it receive email confirmation that it’s cancelled and I will receive full refund but after more then 2 month nothing.
A rude agent called and said we will not get any refund.
We try to go to their office in Valencia and there is no one there.
Don’t deal with that company!!!

Worst seguro. We couldnt get any autorization from then even to baisic tests. Paying more then 2000 € anual we couldn't get nothing. Their doctors have no education and they will find any reason to deny any test.
Like for my daughter they deny especial blood test because she has tiroides.
Or gastric test because she has broken arm 10 years ago.....
Run away from them. They don't give any s.... about your health

On May 13th I therefore sent my contact details (email and mobile phone number) as requested by Aegon but since then I have never been contacted by anyone from AEGON!! Beyond insult to injury!!!
But do you really not have the slightest respect for those who pay to have your non-existent services?

My bank (Santander), made me make home insurance with aegon, then after one year I wanted to cancel, but they refused saying I was too late and that I needed to wait another year to cancel, although I started the changing process 3 months before, but due to their bad organisation and management it passed the cancellation date.
They charge 4x the price of another company I found.
Soon as I can I am leaving them.

Hi, my wife needed to have a procedure, aegon authorised this, but they are limited to not many hospitals and referred us to hospitals which didnt do the procedure, we had to find the one ourselves, after scan preop and numerous visits to hospitals 3 days before op they changed there mind saying the condition was preexisting. Absolutely appalling treatment, they have waisted our time and left my wife in pain and now we have to start again and pay ourselves, we dont mind paying but they should of refused the authorisation at the beginning. Stay well clear of Aegon, that's my opinion.

Shockingly bad. I have broken my back, pelvis and both ankles. When my wife phoned it in as emergency their phone system was down. We had to call the local health service. They have now refused to pay any of the costs.
We have tried to contact them since for a doctor and it's taken most the day, at one point my wife had two representatives on the phone at the same time.
The app doesn't work and they tried to direct us to another one that didn't work.
I will not use them after the year we have paid for.
Death would be preferable to dealing with this shambolic company.

My bank (Santander) persuaded me to switch from Sanitas to Aegon. After 8 months they bumped me leaving me uninsured. I wouldn't touch them again. I have since gone back to Sanitas and have had no problems whatsoever.
I've been dealing with a knee trauma recently and Aegon was amazing with everything I needed. All my analyses and treatments were approved very fast and without any problem.

Aegon cancelled my policy after informing them several times by phone that my annual payment/money has not left the bank account.
They assured me on the phone that the policy was active and payment had been taken and not to worry.
I phoned again a further time as I was still not sure that this was correct. A lady phoned be back after checking with her colleague and further assured me everything was fine.
Of course this was all incorrect!!!
Now I'm left with NO insurance and customer support has ZERO efficiency in dealing with this.
No urgency in reinstating my policy, staff can't see whats happened on the system and told me to phone back again in a week if I've not heard from them.
Meanwhile I'm not insured....
Useless!

Hi, I recently took out a Aegon Salud Completo policy, on the recommendation of my broker. I have read and reread the English policy several times, and it is not clear in many areas. For example, is Dental covered in the policy? What does the Optional 3 Euros per month for Dental cover? More clarity is needed about co-payments. For example, If I go to a doctor, and have a blood test, what do I pay? 10 Euros or 20 Euros? Customers need to know exactly what is covered in their policies. Who do I communicate with to get these details? Thank you.
