I have a similar experience as Mark. Despite listing a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed, Money Back (full refund), and no questions asked, they tried to bribe me to keep the watch, and threaten a long return process and delays in getting the refund. Also threaten custom fees and cleaning fees because the box was opened.

I ordered in on January 31st, the Watch arrived on February 10th, it was heavier than expected and had a very ugly band, and my wife did not want to keep it. I informed the company immediately, and have been trading notes with them where they threaten delays and ask a lot of questions (so much for no questions asked), and offer bribes to keep the watch (additional 15% off, then 20%). Oddly enough they indicate they can refund the 15% or 20% immediately, but can't provide the full refund without significant delays.

Tried returning a watch after three days only just taken it out the box nothing else, want to charge me to return it and will not accept it as the other packaging has been opened and charge me a £30 cleaning fee, give them a miss go somewhere else
