A dishonest company
Mike, the owner of Aegis, seems like a nice enough guy, but he still owes me over $2200 which he has been promising to return for 3 years now. He owes me the money because I paid Aegis for an AV screen but because they could not ship it to Europe, instead I told him I would order one from Europe and he could just refund me what I already paid him for the screen. Instead I have over 15 emails back and forth with him and there’s excuse after excuse- Our website is down and I have to pay for new design, Sales are down and I have no money, A machine broke and I need to replace it, There’s been a death in my family, my wife left me, I just got ahead, I’ll pay you next week… the list goes on. I have to date not received the money owed to me. I would never do business with such a dishonest person again. They also apparently blocked me from their website for fear of my commenting on the experience.
