Good work fast service

I bought a compact SF a few months ago because I wanted a compact, powerful and rather light rifle model. I found that the aea company had this model and were the only ones to make a model with all these qualities without modifications. Although I later learned that competing models could be modified to approach this rifle. They had released a similar model before they stopped producing it. Unfortunately I found that it still has major flaws compared to similar models of competitors while AEA has the experience of having already released a similar rifle. Here is my feedback after a few months of shooting. The stock is not stable, due to a design problem that was botched, I made a joint to counter the problem and it's good. The stock does not hold when folded. There is a spring system but it is much too weak and the stock unlocks by itself as soon as you tilt the rifle a little. e which is very annoying for shooting on the move. A magnet system or even better a locking system would have been normal. There was a magnet option on their similar old rifle but it no longer exists. I tried to make a similar system but the design of the rifle means that it is not possible to have something that works. The regulator is not of very good quality and it changes by a few dozen bars in a few days with changes in the weather. The shots are not very accurate at 50m but are good for plinking. I also saw that the valve has a plastic tip and wears out quickly even though the model was released not even a year ago. In summary it is a rifle which deserves to exist but which is a little too expensive for the quality especially since aea already has experience with a similar model of rifle which they released before which could have been good more improved. For the company, the contact was pleasant but difficult. You often have to wait several days between each message and I had to wait a month after ordering the rifle due to unannounced holidays and communication problems within the team during email contacts. I recommend for the future but on condition of making improvements! Nevertheless I say thank you aea!

Great service, very helpful and friendly support

I recived the package on time. The gun wasnt able to shot with one shot only in decadense (6at once). So we had to grind trigger 1mm. The magazine we recieved was plastic instead of metal. We will order another gun soon so we hope everything will be fine.

Great products and great webshop they communicate better than they did and are transparent about what they can and cannot do as well as honest about the expectations

Overall you guys did well but the lack of communication was catastrophic. For example I was thinking of buying a magazine because they break down all the time and with shipping it will come up to 66 euro for one mag. That means a big minus.

I bought my AEA rifle from the UK. It's important to know that you should do as much research as possible before buying. These AEA rifles are incredible but do require knowledge and patience. Customer service is indeed slow, and at times very frustrating, there's no direct phone number, and everything is through emails. In the end, I was going mad through frustration trying to get a faulty pEAZY system to work. I was about to give up and Mathias (one of the leading support guys) eventually took over my case and contacted me via a phone call. it was great to be able to speak with a human. He promised to fix my situation and replace a broken part, he was very attentive, totally understanding and turned my experience from a negative one to a positive one. I do recommend them as a company, but understand, that shipping costs are huge, even for the smallest part. You will struggle to find rifles that offer so much at this price point, BUT it's a "journey". My son and I have gone on to order another rifle, nervous about having the same experience, but now confident that Mathias and AEA will look after us.

Every order is a delay upon a delay and excuse upon excuse. Their web shop in-stock status is a complete fabrication. They'll gladly take your money, everything after that is a lottery.

They sent me the wrong caliber rifle, offered to give me a refund coupon if i keep it, then prohibited use of coupon when combined with discounts.

They also sent me a rifle with a regulator installed, but unregulated port on it, then took 4-5 months to correct the mistake.

Joke of a company, avoid AEA Airguns and all Wolfiek Group shops like the plague. They're not worth your money.
