I brought my Bentley down for a…
I brought my Bentley down for a quotation on the body work inc new Front wing and bonnet on the 9 th july .
One week later still no quote . I have contacted them 3 times and told them it has to be in quickly ovusley they don't want the work as the other Body shops replied within two days. At a cost of £15000 .
Poor response.

I would avoid if I could!
Communication is bad, I also had my courtesy car break down which they did come and help and replace the car but the car I was replaced with was dirty and beeping with problems I then felt worried if this would happen again and when I got my own car back this broke down, due to bad repairs I have had to get it fixed on the roadside and got home 5 hours later then I should of all because of incompetence and work not being checked!! If I was asked to use this garage again I wouldn’t and I will be taking my car to a trusted person to have everything double checked as I don’t feel like I have enough trust to bring it back to this garage!!

Fixed an initial mistake with real professionalism
Although my car had to be sent back a second time following a mistake with the initial repair, the way AD Williams Farnham dealt with this was very impressive. They were polite, quick to respond, communicative and helpful.
The car also came back valeted inside and out (which is above and beyond given I handed it over complete with muddy paw prints and dog hair everywhere), and although there was less battery charge than when I handed it over, it has more petrol in it, so I think that's a more than fair exchange!
Mistakes happen, and it's how one deals with them that matters – AD Williams can get top marks from me in that respect.

Car was returned to me incomplete
Car was returned to me incomplete, like no one bothered to look at the workmanship when it was finished. Trimming wasn't clipped in, tow hook cover on front bumper was sticking out and not secured and the entire bumper had lost its integrity. Sent it back, only to receive it the next day with one of the license plate clips broken and clearly an issue. This was visible to my untrained eye, you need to take more care post repair and make sure your work is up to standard. 3 stars instead of 2, only because of Josh the delivery driver being so good.
