Advisera courses are easy to understand. The language is simple and the modules are excellently arranged.

I booked a 30 minute consultation with a product representative, Mr Erlic online. His communication was excellent via email. He was friendly and provided very helpful, honest advice, in my preparation for ISO 14001 Certification. There was no sales waffle and the time allocated during our online meeting, was more than enough to answer the questions I had . I am very surprised see the low rated reviews for this provider given my personal experience.
I have been provided with lots of FREE resources despite not being a direct customer. I have personally had a very positive experience.

I had a Web meeting with sales. The trouble is everything that was presented during his intro is available from the website. Nothing gained from the meeting. I had asked to preview snippet of Procedure to get an idea of how detailed its written, he said its against company policies. That is pointless to have a meeting, and i still don't know anything about the product. I had also asked whether the Procedure documents' description is specific to address Web Application procedures, but he just passingly acknowledge that it has, which is Not convincing to me. He was unable to answer my question or couldn't answer, i asked for any business reference/testimonials from 3rd-party websites, he just ignored and showed testimonials from his site (that cannot be verified). Then i asked whether they had internal Audit service. Note, usually consultancy companies that provide Toolkit Starter have professional advocacy/audit. This is another red flag about expertise capability. A proper consultancy would have this, together with Toolkit documents. He started showing lack of knowledge about ISO 27001 principal, saying that Internal Audit needs to be done by another party, not them for "objectivity" reasons. This is a flaw, because the internal auditor is done by ourselves including with the consultants. They are just selling documents, do not seem to show professionalism or even expertise in the services. Would not recommend. Price are also over-priced.

It really looks like very professional. But totally not suited for an SME. Their GDPR templates are complex, complicated and not-easy at all.
I loved their checkout process, easy and quick... but the delivrables totally don't worth the money you spend!
Ended up purchasing the very SAME template for 1/3 of the price from digidly. Smaller website but at least honest with prices
