Our family took a white water rafting trip this summer with adventures on the gorge. It was an amazing time! Our guide was Noah. Informative and entertaining! Will return!

Best time of every Fall season is spent with my extended family at AOTG. Gauley River and Gravity Zips are the most exciting things I look forward to every year.

We had an absolute blast at Adventures on the Gorge, our guides were talented thoughtful and made it just such a special adventure for us. Our family is looking forward to trying to make this an annual adventure and can't wait to come back.

Overall great experience, from check in to the restaurant, the cabin and the atmosphere well done. The rafting trip was great. THANK you Captain Jack Sweeny, not only was Jack great but it felt like he was a part of our group from the start.

Due to health issue had to cancel my trip. However, Customer service was outstanding with respect to assistance with helping to cancel with a full refund and no charges! definetly will reschedule my gourge rafting trip for thesummer of 2021!!!

Everything was very well done. No complaints. Our guide was tough on us but kept us safe. I would recommend to others.

The family rafted the Lower New River and went on the the TreeTop Zipline. The guides did a great job (as usual) with keeping us feeling safe and comfortable. They were out going which helps a lot. We had two teenagers, so I thought the jokes could have been a little cleaner and they kept saying that we were a 'good' group and that some of the groups are not. Why say that? We stayed in a Sunnyside cabin. The cabin needs another door for a changing room. The wood floors needed to be swept. We bought the dinner and next day breakfast at Smokey's. It was well worth the investment.

My whole family had a great time on the gorge.

We came for my boyfriend's 50th Birthday and had the best time!!! Are planning on making it a yearly trip. Jim was the best guide and we hope he's there next year when we come again!

It's plain, and simple! I love AOTG! I have been on the lower new river, the lower Gauley, and the upper Gauley. We have had a great time on every trip. A big thanks to all of the staff for making everything as enjoyable as possible! Can't wait to see you next spring!

All of the guides on all of our adventures were fun, informative, and experienced. This was our 2nd year visiting and doing great activities, i.e. zipping, white water rafting, bridge walking, hiking, etc. Some activities we wanted to do were booked or closed for the season so we'll know what to do to next time. Highly recommend A.O.T.G.!!

We couldn't have asked for a better trip for a first time rafting experience with our kids, ages 8, 8 and 9. My son and I even bit it in a class 3 rapid and all was good! Everyone had a blast, the grounds were great, and we will be back again for sure! Our guide, and I can't recall his name right now. From Michigan originally, said he just got his first cell phone 4 years ago LOL, anti-internet. "The river is my office." HE WAS AWESOME! Everything a guide should be. Funny (the bad jokes were so bad they were good), loud but not overbearing and appreciative.
