Don't order delivery

Ordered one tent pole. Took five months to arrive. Followed up numerous times and said its delayed though it was in stock at all stores.

No follow up

I'm sorry but I made a complaint about water coming in my rooftop tent in quite a large quantity and everything went well until it was denied. I call to ask why and was explained that my complaint about the mold was not the company's doing. I then explained that I did not complain about the mold but that I do have quite a bit because of the original problem. I was then informed that I would be contacted but never was. I do understand that I could have gone back to the shop or called but I had to leave town very soon ( and had informed the store people that took my complaint about it and they assured me it would'nt be a problem). I also understand that mix up like this Can happen. The only thing is that I am now travelling with a usless rooftop tent ( as I was ask to not get rid of it until everything is sorted) unabling me to get another one "just incase" and so having to pay quite an amount in hostels that I wanted to avoid by getting a rooftop tent in the first place.

I am really sorry if this is not clear, don't hesitate to send an email if you are looking for more information.

You took my money knowing the product…

You took my money knowing the product was out of stock. Then it took 5 or more phone calls to get a refund after more than 15 days.
This act is borderline illegal.

Thank you for your reply Andrew. Please don’t patronise me or other customers making complaints. I reached out. Explain my issue and I’ve got the same garbage reply that you give to everyone else instead of replying garbage. Try and fix your customer service. I refuse to buy anything else from your organisation And I’m gonna do my best to express my concerns to other prospective customers.

Great product, slow delivery!

We ordered our products with the understanding delivery would be approx.
14 days. We are now 10 days past our expected delivery and have not received our ordered. Disappointed in the service.

We have now received our products, and the quality is what we expected. The slow service with delivery is still an issue for us. We would happily purchase again in store, however at this point it would be highly unlikely we would purchase again online.

Purchased a Kings 2000w inverter from…

Purchased a Kings 2000w inverter from 4wdsupercentre did not work from the start. Would not refund my money. AVOID

Inverter

Product was good , 3000W inverter and a good price. Packaging was good. Pick up was not so good. Did click & collect. When I turned up, there were quite a few already waiting. Signage and instructions from staff not the best. But staff were helpful once I got to talk to someone.

Regarding the shunt with the 500AH…

Regarding the shunt with the 500AH BATTERY MONITOR. it is verry stupid that they have made the bolts on the shunt and M10 instead of an M8 when all their wiring kits run M8 lugs and even their batteries which is what this product is literally designed for use M8 threads. So don't buy this unless you want to have to buy wiring and lugs just to make an adapter then make another adapter adapting it back to what it originally was. They also wouldn't let me return it as I had opened it. Even though I pointed out it does not say they are M10 bolts on the box.
If you want a battery monitor that works with kimgs products better then their own product id get the itech world one that already has M8 bolts
