ABSOLUTE SCAM - AVOID AVOID

what a scam. I paid almost £100 for a helicopter ride and have never been able to use it, Despite the fact that there are slots available, they demand an upgrade fee of £££££s to book any choice. Without booking the upgrade, I am offered to go on a waiting list and await their deciding on a time that I can use I suppose??

Their options are not acceptable or explained at the time and manner of the purchase. I will request a refund of my ticket or take the matter to a small claims court. I think this is grossly unfair and very misleading.
