I love how the company comes out with new challenges throughout the year. I love that many of the medals aren't just flat but move and are interactive. I thought it was silly at first but find the app to be super motivational for a few reasons; 1- I've paid for it so I feel the need to follow through, 2- the gentle daily reminder of where you committed to be in your miles with the counter and the little character with a flag on the map challenges me to keep up. 3- the medal makes me smile and feeds my reward center of my brain. Since starting this app my mom and daughter have joined in and we all get such a kick out of it. It has motivated me line joining a gym never has. I really enjoy this and hope you do too! I've been using the app for 10 months now. 16 races complete (I like the longer races so I'm paying less for the time but then I like the shorter races so the reward (of completeing and medal) happen sooner so I like the mix pacer offers.)

I had an issue with previous walks not showing on my account .I think I originally had another account which I couldn’t access. Jane was excellent and sorted everything for me . She answered E mails very quickly and everything was sorted without any problems

I love these challenges and for the first time I had a "Challenged" getting my code to work properly to start my walking adventure. I reached out to pacer support and within minutes they had someone to reach back and help , and within a day I was up and running (pun intended). I appreciated how swiftly the handled my questions, and supported me.

My goal for my 60th birthday in 2028 is to tour South Korea with one night each in Japan and China. To prepare for all of the walking I know I'll be doing, I decided to try Pacer Virtual Walking Challenges - the medals are beautiful as are the lanyards they come with. Along the way, there are checkpoints which come with virtual postcards which are also interesting and beautiful. My first medal was Seoul; second was K-Pop (inspiration for the trip along with K-dramas). Very high quality; totally satisfied with them. Next medal will be either Sakura or Tokyo. I recommend Pacer to anyone looking for motivation to get walking.

I started with Petra, then Budapest. Great ones to start with as the medals are gorgeous and the distance for a beginner is quite doable. Now I’m addicted! I just earned the horse, so beautiful! Do 5k not 3k like me. It’s worth a 10k walk! Now I’m walking my heart out for Sakura. Forget scrolling on the phone. I’ve got steps to take. A treasure chest to open. A league to level up. Checkpoints to read, postcards to see, and I need to look around the map of where I’m at. Definitely saved the best for last, I’ve got a beautiful sparkly medal to earn! Walking, Learning, Winning with weight loss and mental wellbeing of moving better, feeling better and looking better. Who knew walking for medals would do that? Thank you Pacer!

A really good virtual running game that can motivate you to start exercising — highly recommended! I’ve already recommended it to my friends; the medal design looks great. Also, the customer service is excellent and very supportive.

Being disabled with a traumatic brain injury, Pacer actually made both my life and my husband/caretakers life more fun! We set our own pace! Pace IS for disabled people too! I am living proof!

Pacer has successfully helped me to improve my walking average and the leagues help me to stay motivated and challenge others to be in the top of leaderboard and increase my steps

I’ve really enjoyed using Pacer to inspire some healthy changes in my life! For each “challenge” you get postcards from checkpoints along the way, and it’s been fun learning new information about all the places I’ve visited through Pacer. The medal are TOP NOTCH as well, often with interactive features, and seeing them makes me feel proud of my accomplishments.

I recently completed the 7 continent challenge, but never received a code to get my special pin. I contacted customer service and Jane was incredibly helpful, and quick with figuring out a resolution for my problem. The pin is on the way and I’m ready for my next Pacer Challenge!

I am desperate to lose weight but never been one for exercise despite having a treadmill that just sat there!
I saw these challenges advertised and thought I'd give one a go and signed up for Haunted London. 
I really enjoyed it and it encouraged me to get moving.  It was great learning about different places in London, and I loved looking at the app to see where I was along the route.  I completed the challenge much quicker than I had anticipated and have lost 6 pounds in just a couple of weeks. I am so pleased!! I have now signed up to do the Coast to Coast challenge. I have found their customer service to be excellent as they answered a question very quickly. Thank you Pacer!

The Pacer Team deserves more stars! They always answer queries rapidly and diligently. It is always pleasant to deal with them.

I've been using this app for almost 5 years and have never once been disappointed. Their customer service is incredible, they are constantly creating new challenges, leagues and adventures to keep me engaged and active, and overall the experience has kept me motivated, healthy and craving more. I am finding these challenges wonderful. I'm 78 and have never enjoyed exercise or sport as I'm a bit of an academic. However these virtual walks get me out of the house walking. I have gained the London badge. It is beautiful and very well made. I now look forward to completing the Paris challenge.
I sent a query to the support group and this was answered and attended to in a very timely manner.

I reached out because I had not received my medal and Jane responded that I was a few steps short and I had run out of time! 🙃 She extended my completion time, I ran out the door to get my steps in and it's a "win-win"!! ♥️♥️ ...pjy

I had a great experience with the Pacer Challenge team! I accidentally forgot to update my challenge after completing my activity, and I reached out for help. Their response was immediate and super supportive—they quickly updated my challenge so my hard work didn’t go to waste. I really appreciate their promptness and willingness to help. This makes the challenges even more motivating and enjoyable!

I wanted to share a bit about my journey. I recently lost my dad, and it has been tough dealing with the grief. I came across a video about the Pacer challenges on TikTok, which has really helped me get moving again! It’s been a great way to cope and has motivated me to stay active. Pacer has been fantastic throughout this process! They’ve answered all my questions, and I’m excited to say I’ve already earned two beautiful medals! 🤗 I can't wait to earn more. The app is equal to, if not better than The Conqueror when it comes to location challenges. The pacer so integrates much better with galaxy smart watches. If you're on the fence about trying a new source for your challenges, definitely give this one a try!

Pacer challenges are the BEST! I love the street view, write ups to read when you reach milestones and of course the amazing medals!! Their support is also fantastic. Jane was so helpful! I really appreciate the support Pacer offers if you need help.

When I had to contact customer service to see where my order was they promptly responded. The back and forth was quick and seamless. Really impressed with how quickly they solved my problem and so friendly and professionally. I just started doing the adventure challenges and it’s been great motivation for me.
