Needed to make a claim on recent Florida trip. All seemed to process well. Talked through process and told to go to AdventHealth care and give them the insurance details, and provide the insurance with the fax details to settle the claim immediately. This we did and left the care facility. Now 8 weeks later, nothing has happened, advent care chasing for payment. Insurance company fail to communicate with me and I've found out they failed to validate with our doctors there was no pre-existing condition so advised to now pay the debt. completely useless and more hassle than its worth - yet I bet a negative review will suddenly get a response and apology.
