I took my car to this garage and was quoted 8 days for the repair, but it was ready by the next afternoon. The work was done to perfection, they even fixed a bumper scratch for free, and the customer service was excellent. I’m very impressed—thank you!

I am so pleased with the repairs to my Audi, it looks brand new! The whole process was extremely professional and the staff brilliant. I was updated regularly and the repairs were done quicker than I expected. The car was fully cleaned inside and out. Excellent job.

Noel & the team were nothing but amazing. My little old mini means so much to me and I was so worried the insurance company would try to write it off after an accident. I think I called the garage nearly every day begging them not to write her off and if it meant leaving any cosmetic damage to keep the cost down, then so be it. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition, they even got rid of some scratches that were there before the accident and two brand new alloys.
A day or two after getting the car back (which was delivered to me with no hassle) there was a strange rattle, I called the garage and explained I could take it to my local mechanic to have it looked at as advantage valley is about an hour from me. Noel said to have it fixed and he would sort with the insurance company to have it paid for - advantage valley paid me back the invoice for the additional work with no issue.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star experience! Amazing service from Noel and the team at Advantage Valley. My Polestar 2 had unfortunately received a lot of damage which involved replacing doors and light fittings. The team went above and beyond also buffing out other marks around the vehicle and the alloys. I asked Dan on the desk if they could get the car ready by a certain date and he said they'd do their best. They delivered the day before my deadline and got the vehicle ready 6 days ahead of schedule, brilliant! Communication and updates were friendly and clear. All in all an amazing job, the car looks stunning. Thank you to Noel and the team. I'll definitely use again and would recommend very highly.

Following an accident we had in August, our car went to Advantage Valley for repairs.

I've been meaning to post a thank you to Advantage Valley for a while. I had a very traumatic late-night collision with a fox last year and it took out the front bumper of my SLK. My insurance company recommended Advantage Valley and they did a super job. The service was seamless and my car came back looking like new so thank you Advantage Valley!
