From my perspective
I work with Advanced RBT Solutions in an outreach and marketing capacity, so I’ve had the opportunity to see the thinking behind the program and how much emphasis is placed on preparing RBTs for the realities of working in the field.
What stands out to me is that the goal isn’t simply to help someone complete a 40-hour requirement. The program is designed around giving new RBTs a strong foundation in understanding behavior, working effectively with learners, building rapport, and entering the field with a better understanding of what the work actually involves.
I also really like the way the program can be integrated into an ABA organization’s existing systems and presented as part of its own internal training process.
I haven’t personally taken the course, so I can’t speak to it as a student, but from what I’ve seen working alongside the team, there is a genuine commitment to making RBT training more meaningful and practical.
