Looks can be deceiving
On the surface it looks pretty slick, but as soon as i started using it, the problems became very obvious. For one the cup i received was not able to be used with temperature control. As the resistance was frozen at .62 Second, the stock metal cap is borderline unuseable since some products bubble a bit while heating up and this instantly clogged the chimney before even the first hit. And as the icing on top, while using the utmost care and caution. The legs of the cup snapped off clean while removing them from the gold clips. Now this is partly a learning curve but mostly just a bunch of not thought through design choices.
And now the actual reason for the 1 star, there is absolutely 0 customer support. On top of false promises made by the owner that cost alot of people hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it (after 7 years). Just a very dissapointing experience sadly, wish it would have been different.
