This is easy, super convenient, and allowed me to go at my own pace !
There were a few things that needs improvement in my opinion.
The certification is to the day two years from now. I need to have the convenience of having the whole month to get certified, instead of this day I took the class. Things happen, life happens, we need to be able to have the month available in the event other events take precedence.
A-fib was described as A-flutter, which could be changed/updated.
There were other things that need to be changed/updated on the learning courses, but other than those little things, it was easy to use.
Getting the CEUs was a bit annoying to retrieve from another site that I had to create an account for.
It would have been nice to print/download certificate and CEs all in one place.
The convenience of this is being able to have BLS, ACLS, and even PALS but I already was recertified for PALS earlier this year.
Don't forget to get your Groupon for this.
Terrible. Wouldn’t refund or credit a course that was ordered incorrectly despite immediately being caught. As a business that has used them dozens of times. Reccomend Accredited Medical Education as another AHA backed physician owned course at half the cost with better coursework.
I rate myself as competent and caring with growing experience in patients support and teamwork

1. I can't get logged in on my old account. You've apparently changed how the log in works -- email address instead of user name. Resetting my password didn't work (never got an email for that, even though I get almost daily email reminders that my cert is expiring). I had to use an entire new email to purchase.
2. Navigation is terrible.
3. Constant pop ups to buy more stuff is distracting and infuriating.
The only reason I use this site is because my employer accepts it.

AMC had very thorough and high quality resources to review for my BLS certification. This was the second time I have used them and will probably continue to recertify this way until I retire 😊 it’s so nice to do my BLS recertification on my own schedule!

The course allows me to download the material and take my time reviewing it for a better comprehension. I can also retain the course material for future reference.
