I normally refrain from purchasing over the internet, but when my 61 inch JVC TV's lamp burning out I no choice but to turn to the internet. Through researched and found Advanced Lamps.com. There were other options on line, however the best prices and warranty was found at Advanced Lamps. I am so happy with the service and the price from Advanced Lamps. Advanced Lamps has a site that is extremely easy to navigate. Prices are way beyond reasonable. I needed the bulb in a hurry so I selected 2nd day UPS shipping and I ordered the item well before the deadline specified for same day shipping. I have no problem giving Advanced Lamps an excellent rating based on truly receiving 2 day shipping and a customer friendly website.

I was extremely surprised with the level of customer service I received from this .com company that had the lowest price for the bulb for my TV. I placed an ordered with Advanced and the very next day a very polite young man called me to inform me that the bulb I ordered was out of stock but that I could upgrade to an OEM bulb for a very small amount of money. I accepted the upgrade because I was missing my TV. Within a few days I received the bulb and installed and the TV powered up without any other problem. Overall my experience with Advanced Lamps was an excellent. I will not hesitate to do business with Advanced Lamps again. The customer service agent went above and beyond to assist and rectify what potentially could have been a problem, very proactive. I ordered a bulb for my Panasonic TV from Advanced Lamps after my bulb died out. I chose Advanced Lamps because of the low price and the fact that their warranties were almost double of the other sites. I am extremely happy with the product and the service I received. It was shipped quickly and I received it a full day ahead of time. The same bulb from Panasonic was triple the price. I will buy from Advanced Lamps again.

Advanced Lamps had the exact lamp I needed to fix my daughters TV. They also double checked and informed me that there are two different styles of lamp for the TV, a first and second generation. I would have been clueless and spent way more money from another sites. The prices on their website were the lowest out there and the warranties are far better than their competitors choose to offer.
