Good Service
Straightforward booking online and Matt made a big effort to fit me in quickly - my washing machine had broken down and I was pretty desperate! Matt was prompt, polite and kept me well informed. Unfortunately the problem with the machine was a big one and I took the decision not to have it repaired but to replace it. I appreciated his advice on this, and overall am happy with the service I received. I would use this company again.

Brendan was on time, professional and polite. He diagnosed the fault with our dishwasher and had it fixed in double quick time. I will definitely use him again!

After waiting 2 days for an engineer to…
After waiting 2 days for an engineer to come out to fix are washing machine.
The engineer turns up and only takes 20 mins to look at it, and says "you really need a new washing machine" and then gives us a bill for £57!
So now i have to buy a new washing machine and pay £57 for nothing.
Waste of time.
