What a company
What a company! Advanced America, I will say, is one of the top class companies of their business. The others, I.E., Ace, Checks Cashed, Payday Loans, etc....others in this business do not stand a chance as long as Advance America is still in business, which will be for years to come. I would use their service again and again if needed. Jean, my representative for Advanced American was exceptional at her position and made me feel like I was a customer and not just a person who needed a loan. I would highly recommend them if you’re thinking about getting a loan or any type of help financially! They made me feel comfortable, and my representative Jean was exceptional.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great! They gave me a check for some unheard of bank that was rude and told me they only have part time tellers by apt only! I don't have a regular bank cost me $15.00 to cash the check! I am not happy. I was told they would let someone know. Not fair to me as a customer at all!
