not enough confirmation about you being the right player. like ro.place shows the player, what you want to trade it for. but otherwise it went well, just needs more interaction & confirmation.

I bought a limited item and my account…

I bought a limited item and my account was almost immediately deleted. I contact customer service on adurite, and they tell me to provide my on-site username, Adurite username, and the limited item I bought. After I give them all the information, they start ignoring me. I create a new ticket and it's the same story all over again.

Horrible withdrawal system

Horrible withdrawal system, takes 72 hours for a seller to withdrawal funds.

I withdrew money and it went to a pre-set address I made a year ago and they havent replied to my ticket in 48 hours. They wont do anything about it.

Funds pending after a sale is an incredibly standard procedure on online marketplaces. We are terribly sorry you felt this warranted a one-star experience but this is very status quo for both buyer and seller safety.

Account Compromised

I got my account compromised by the people who I bought this item from, and then they terminated the account so I cannot request a rollback.

This is not a thing, your account cannot be hacked by just providing a Roblox username as thats the only thing required when purchasing. I would encourage looking into your Discord dm history or links you clicked to find the culprit.
