I accidentally disputed a $20 transaction because the billing descriptor on my statement did not identify Adurite, while I was also dealing with unauthorized recurring charges from another service. Once I realized the transaction may have been connected to Adurite, I explained the mistake and offered to repay it.

Instead of neutrally explaining the outstanding balance, staff asked me, “are you that poor?”, told me to “deposit the amount you stole,” and repeatedly characterized the mistake as intentional fraud. One representative later claimed I had committed felony credit-card fraud.

I eventually became angry and used profanity, which I regret and do not conceal. However, the personal insults and accusations began before I became hostile and escalated what could have been a routine repayment issue.

Adurite then publicly described the incident as “chargeback fraud” and my response as a “temper tantrum,” without addressing the quoted conduct of its staff.

Resolution: I deposited $25, Adurite recovered the amount owed, restored my account, and later acknowledged that its support staff “should have maintained a more neutral tone.” I appreciate that the financial issue was ultimately resolved. I am leaving this review because the entire conflict could have been avoided through clear, professional communication.

I got the item code and it had 800 robux too????? I was so surprised! I mean with this price it is reasonable to include some tbh but I did not expect any at all cause robux is not mentioned anywhere. This is my first time buying from adurite but it was SO fast. When the payment page completed my email notif is already there like 0.01s record speed with the code link inside and when I redeemed the code I got the robux surprise. Idk if that is normal and I'm just noob ahahaha but thanks! I was scared af to buy from this website but it was so fast and easy. If I need a item again, I will check adurite first. Website is really easy to use and shows all images and item infos. I joined the discord first just incase I needed to crash out to customer service but I didn't need it. The customer service I saw in their discord looks reliable anyway and when you open the code link from your email, the page has live chat to talk to admin if you have issues too. Overall this service was excellent 10/10 I like nice surprises

Lost about 30-40 USD in LTC, partly to my fault, but also partly to major design flaws of Adurite.com blatantly overlooks. They seem to value Buyers more than Sellers, even though Sellers help provide traffic and items to purchase on their platform.

Major flaws:
* Adurite will never tell you which LTC/BTC Address is receiving funds during the withdrawal proccess.

* Lack of double confirmation. A prompt that says "Hey you're about to withdraw to address: (crypto address here)" Are you sure? Would be a world of difference. Customer service disregarded this suggestion.

* Adurite automatically saves the latest LTC/BTC address you withdrew with. They do not notify or let the Seller know of this. This is hidden in account settings.

* Adurite does not let you:
A) Delete the LTC/BTC Address in case you're no longer using this wallet OR you've been compromised and have a false address set.
B) Have any security in case of account compromise; A hacker can bypass 2FA and silently set any LTC/BTC Address -- addressing the earlier issue; You will not be aware of it until it's too late.
C) Use multiple or alternative LTC/BTC Addresses.
* There is ZERO confirmation prompt to make sure the Seller is happy with which address the funds are being sent to.

* You can mostly withdraw in crypto. This is cumbersome for the exact reason like this; In case that Adurite.com does not remind you which crypto address is receiving funds or help guide you and prevent accidents like this, you will lose 100% of your money. Adurite does not offer any help or consideration in this choice. Had it been a bank transfer or PayPal. I would've been protected.

* Customer Support seems amateur and untrained. They do not seem professional or considerate of seller/buyer issues. They seem like regular Discord users accessing the CS portal.

* Funds after account inactivity get DELETED. This is especially scummy. You're not notified or let known of this, it's hidden somewhere in the site policy.

The sum of money I lost isn't the primary reason for this critical review. It wasn't huge but the way Adurite's customer service team, how unprofessional and oblivious they seemed was a major blow to how I viewed Adurite as. I've both purchased and sold on their platform. They seem professional and smooth until you need help.

I've deleted my previous review in favor of a more detailed and helpful critism to this platform. Adurite may choose to ignore the feedback provided, that's fine. I will not consider Adurite for purchase of Roblox items or to sell any product in the future.

EDIT/RESPONSE: It was not plainly "a wrong address", it was an old crypto address from an application I lost access to due to being compromised. I've set this address --> Over 9 months ago <--. It's common on marketplaces to confirm the cashout recipient. Adurite does not do this. It plays a memory game and assumes you have crystal clear memory of your settings or get screwed over. I haven't touched the site in forever.

I've gotten a balance, I clicked Withdraw, press LTC, asked for my authenticator code, then that's it. It sent it to an address I can't access. It's gone. Adurite only has one confirmation. Not even where to send it, just a single security prompt.

When you're dealing with something as fickle as crypto, where transactions are non-refundable or traceable, it'd be in your best interest. Other crypto apps have this down, if you're going to force your sellers to deal with it. Add fail-safes. This is why I hate touching crypto. No insurance, no fallbacks.

Bought an Item, the code didnt work so I hit up support, and the reach back out almost instantly, and resolved the Issue with a new code. Been using adurite for years it'll always be the go to! The best customer service out there.
