Service was 1st rate. Postage and packaging were both excellent. Item was exactly as described.

Hi, we're sorry to hear there was a manufacturing issue with this product. Could you please send a photo of the damage to sales@adulttoystore.com.au so we can arrange a refund or replacement?
With regard to the separate shipment I can see one of your products was out of stock at the time in our Melbourne store so this shipped the same day from our Sydney store. In the 'order complete' email it contained two tracking numbers showing which items were coming on each tracking number.
Hope to hear from you soon so we can fix this issue for you :)

Hi Chris thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
I've had a look at your order and the Asslock is made from a higher quality material blend (silicone) hence the higher manufacturing cost. There's no mention in the product description that this is a vibrating toy or requires batteries. If ever in doubt about a products features please drop us an email at sales@adulttoystore.com.au we're happy to help :)
Great service and prompt delivery
