Froud Compnay taken my Rs. 17000/- but not delivered the product or not giving any answer on what’s app. Very very shameful behaviour. Cheaters company stollen his coustmer money. Shame on you, shame on you.

Was randomly scrolling trustpilot and saw that their ratings were lower than what I had expected, hence dropping a review sharing my experience.

Note : I had placed an order during Covid Lockdowns in 2020 where probably hundreds of people moved to toys just like myself.

I was quite hesitant due to scams going on in this sector, but eventually I went through with the purchase after reading some of the quora and reddit conversations.

Despite of the difficult lockdown going on, I had received exactly what I had ordered.
Delivered in less than a week.

While there are some people here disappointed with their experience, things may differ over time. Or perhaps those are isolated scenarios where the buyer has a bad experience.

My take - some of the other legit websites offer a better pricing in 2025.

These people are completely fraud, I received defective product and they are denying to replace or refund me.

Why they are giving cheap prices than other websites, is because these guys are selling counterfeit/first copy products to their customers,

I won't recommend using unbranded first copy products because you would be using them on your private parts and i won't recommend it, seriously might be not a very good option, beware

It's a form of trademark infringement of the Original Company Brand "Fleshlight", what these guys are doing isn't legal, think! cheap prices are the Redflag

I bought the Fleshlight Stoya, Original Branded One has their patented material "Realistic feel SuperSkin" but what these guys show on their website is ABS plastic/Thermoplastic Elastomer, it's a second redflag and obvious one it being a fake product, and the customer service assistant when i confirmed with her she told that it's silicone, and they themselves then confessed that they are selling first copy products, and they don't even disclose it on their website, it's again a violation and though selling of counterfeit products is illegal though,
the customer care staff don't have any clue about their products...

,i am frustrated and disappointed , my money went down in vain,

Please note adultsproductindia.in or .com is same, they are a fraud, please do not make any payment, once you paid they will give very cheap product and you will further not be able to find a return and replacement option, the guy is in Bangal and he will block your number. Please be ware and trust me this is my real experience with them.

I have two stars because the delivery was quick and discreet and though it was a little complicated to order the chat executive on the website helped me out instantly .

Now for the negative . They charged me ₹9000+ for one product and sent me another product in a random unsealed box with the printed label of the original simply stuck on to this box . I feel cheated abs I have written to them asking for a refund but haven’t received a response yet . Absolutely disappointed. Won’t recommend.

Don't believe on those who are writing it as a fraud company...they are just misleading you...it is a genuine company and the products delivered are great...and delivery service is also great...my product is delivered in 5 days with discrete delivery...just go for it. 👍🏻
