The installers were great, on time and did a good job.
The office staff, before the windows were installed, were helpful and friendly (although they got the time of installation wrong).
I did have a question after the installation and the person who phoned me back to discuss this kept saying she couldn't understand what I was saying, couldn't answer my question and finished the call - I wasn't so pleased about that (but found the answer to my question on the internet, in the end).

Had all new windows supplied and fitted and patio door installed by ADS and am incredibly pleased with everything. Fitters Matt and George did an amazing job, their workmanship is outstanding and they were respectful of our property. They cut out a wall to insert patio doors and the finishing was great, they cleared away everything and kept it as tidy as was possible. The windows and door are great quality. From start to finish the whole process has been absolutely fantastic, I can't praise them highly enough. Superb company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

The installation team arrived on time, put down floor protection and installed five new windows to a very high standard.
The rendering on the outside of the bungalow was made good and the site cleared. All achieved within a day

Had the top 3 sides of our semi detached house cladded and had new upvc guttering, facias and soffits by ADS. The scaffold was put up and they started straight away on the Monday. Andy and Ben completed the work in 8 days making a great job. I supplied them with bacon baps and tea which made them work harder😂. Great job and would recommend ADS. Very professional with the quote and survey and overall a fab experience. Thanks

Excellent customer service , they did a very good job on an awkward window in an old property, I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Over the years we have used several national and local window companies and we have always been pleased with them but the windows just fitted by ADS are notably more substantial and of an excellent quality. Now that the scaffolding has come down we can also see the quality of product and fitting of our anthracite fascias and guttering.
In all we are delighted with the work done by Andy and Ben and the staff at ADS Ivybridge.

Had to call ADS one tiny problem with my bi-fold that was fitted some time ago, phoned them Monday the man from ADS came on Thursday, I told them they didn't need to rush, they came 3 days later, all fixed they really are a fantastic company, Thanks to Paul, a credit to the company,

ADS replaced my rotten wood garage store door with a nice modern half glazed PVCu door. Not only was I impressed with the finished product, I was even more impressed at the attitude of all those involved, from survey to installation. Mightily impressed. I wouild use them again

Very pleased with the service given to install a new uPVC Window in the bedroom at my home. The advice given was most helpful. Everywhere was left clean and tidy with no remedial paintwork etc. needing to be done. I am looking forward to reaping the benefit of a much warmer bedroom this winter. We have used this company for many years, would certainly recommend.

At the outset we were visited by ADS’s Area Manager Becky, and it was clear that we were dealing with a professional company, that understood our needs.

ADS take great pride in getting things right from the outset and prior to delivery, and installation a comprehensive pre-installation survey was undertaken by a courteous gentlemen named Howard, who checked dimensions and the specification of each window.

The installation was undertaken quickly and professionally by Matt and George who clearly take great pride in their work, and the works were completed without mess despite inclement summer weather.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending ADS, and I will without doubt be using them for my new doors.

We had two external doors fitted, white PVCu with upper glass half. Great service from the start, ordering, measuring and fitting. Matt and George the fitting team were great and very polite. They worked hard throughout and left a spotless work area after fitting. I would recommend ADS Windows and Doors every time. Just got to cough up the balance now...lol... Thank you.
