I am not impressed! They have made a lot of promises and so far, there has no delivery. They charged me their management fee and monthly ad charge but took weeks to put up the ad. I haven't seen the ad and was told by one of their agents that they don't show the ad before they publish it. I hope the customer service gets better!
This company is so unprofessional. They talked me into paying for the 6-month service and 1st-month advertising budget telling me the next day I was going to get a call from their technical person to set up my account and what he tried to do is upsell me saying that my ads won't work without doing some work on the backend of my site...it was an unprofessional sales job I have ever seen. They were telling me what a good deal this would be by asking me to pay $500 upfront and an extra $200 a month....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This company doesn't listen. I have asked them to stop calling me, I am not interested in their service yet I still get calls from them every couple of days with a new offer. When I tell them I am not interested they keep asking but why. Seriously?
