Scam !! Been waiting over a month for my dress. I have asked for refund and they keep just saying it’s coming.

Nothing Australian about this site... it's a front for a Chinese company.
Terrible and Frustrating Will never purchase from this site again.
Ridiculous not true sizing! Not true to size at all. Terrible quality items.
Very concerning when you don't want to honour your returns/refund policy.
I was given offensive options to try and avoid me sending back the item so you wouldn't have to give me a full refund.
Poor quality items that you do not want returned and it has been a battle to get my money back.
Many emails sent back and forth to try and resolve and I'm still waiting for my "partial refund".
A very frustrating and most inefficient online shopping experience with a far from acceptable resolution which I had to settle for as they simply did not want to honour their returns policy!
Would never recommend to anyone and will never shop with them again.

Will be reporting them to the Consumers and Business affairs, dodgy and cheap quality. After reading the reviews I'm not hopeful for a refund, lets see what CBA say and if legal action can be taken against them seeing as I'm not the only one they've ripped off. Absolutely disgusted

1. NOT an Australian company.they are FRAUDS.
2. If you cancel the order within 72 hrs and BEFORE it has been shipped, they still refuse to refund your money & insist it has been shipped, though, the tracking tells a different story
3. The clothes cannot even be used as dish rags.
4. They delete any negative comment that you put on their website
If I could give them zero stars I would have.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my dress. All of the reviews here are accurate. False advertising, as there is nothing Australian about this company. The dress came from China. The material used felt like it was material used to make tents as it is Non-breathable. The dress is not true to size, poorly made.
No lining and it didn't come with a tag. It is freally obvious that it is China quality. I thought I was ordering a good quality Australian product. Communication with Olivia was poor. It took days for emails to be responded to, if at all. Lets see how I go with returning the dress! I will be taking it further if need be.

Like everyone here…wish I had read the reviews. Dress came from China - cheap and I’ll-fitting and I tried immediately to arrange a return and money back. Their webpage mentions returns and refunds but I can’t do either because they won’t send a return form. I even went to PayPal, but they seem to even know how to game that system, repeatedly saying I wasn’t corresponding and sending photos, etc when I had. PayPal closed the case which is infuriating, but these guys are never going to give you your money back.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are actual sweat shop awful. The product took 3 weeks to receive, the NSW Australia address is not where it is shipped from, it comes from overseas. The dress was of VERY poor quality. I would even use it for household rags. There was no lining, the material used was horrendous and the dress felt and smelt like an outfit made in a sweat shop. I felt dirty trying it on. I emailed them and they really didn’t want me to ship it back to them. Eventually they gave me a final off of 50% refund and to the keep the dress. I do not want this dress and wouldn’t dare give it to anyone. They are misleading consumers stating that they are an Australia brand with an Australia address along with the misleading in relation to their product quality. AVOID this company at all costs!!!! Request a chargeback from your bank if you have purchased and they wont give you a refund.

Purchased 2x dresses back in November, 1 for a horse racing event and 1 for my step daughters graduation. Dresses arrived on time, however the quality was horrendous. Located both dresses including photos used on Adrina website, on Shien. Paid $150 fasteners were plastic, dress wasn't lined, material was sheer and the bust was sewn flat. Second dress for $80 was see-through and sewn wrong. Contacted the company, they tried to offer a 100% of my purchase price store credit, then 30% and finally sent through their returns form. I instantly lodged a dispute with PayPal, requesting the company pay return shipping, however that part was denied. I paid $40 and returned to the specified address. Item was caught up in customs from the 5th of December 'awaiting further details from the recipient'. Thankfully someone here reviewed that the return address is dodgy, I provided this to PayPal and FINALLY received a refund for my purchase price. Hopefully this helps someone else get their money back!

Not an Australian company like it says. Still waiting for dress to be posted been sitting in warehouse in China. Wish I had read reviews before I would have just purchased from shein if I knew what I knew now. Obviously won't get my dress for new years eve.

Update from my previous review. I returned the dress to the address they supplied. Been sitting in customs in China since the 1st of December. Since found out today that the address is inadequate. So it seems that there will be no refund. So I’ve lost 25.30 to return it and the cost of the dress at $79.95. I opened a PayPal dispute and when I sent the tracking through which was requested the dispute was closed. Please please don’t buy from these people.

Never buy from this company! What a joke ordered a dress for wrk Xmas party end of November still waiting for it ! Emailed no response , might be able to wear it next year absolute joke !! Never buy from this company!!!! If I could give 0 I would !!

NEVER buy from this company.
Says Adrina Australia, with a location in NSW on their website, ABN is registered to WA. All clothing is shipped from China.
The website says ‘quality material’, the product is 100% polyester. I spent $80 on a polyester dress that has wonky stitching.
I’ve tried multiple times to get a return address and they are avoiding providing me with somewhere to send it back and won’t give me my money back.
Dodgy! Don’t use them at all

Cheap and nasty, comes from China and the material is like a cheap plastic they make throw away tablecloths from!!!! Also package was delayed for almost a month, not worth the $80 maybe 80 cents if that

This brand if a complete and utter scam.

I had an awful experience trying to return two items to Adrina Australia. First, they demanded I send photos of the clothes for “sizing purposes.” And FYI - no tags or anything were on these items. I found this completely inappropriate and asked them why I should do that considering they should have size charts etc for these items and they just kept saying per our return policy etc. Despite my concerns, they insisted it was mandatory according to their returns policy.

They kept pushing me to accept 30% store credit and keep the clothes, which felt like a tactic to avoid processing a proper return. When I confronted them about not actually being an Australian brand, they responded with:

"To clarify, while we do have a warehouse in Australia, a recent stockout meant that we had to fulfill some items from our larger international warehouse. We understand the importance of transparency and apologize if this was not made clear."

This felt like a weak excuse for misleading branding. If I had known they were shipping internationally, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Be warned—this company is not what it seems, and their return process is a nightmare!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Biggest scam going. Identifies themselves as an Australian retailer, yet it came from a warehouse in China. I fell for the sale of $160 reduced to $80 before checking reviews. Now trying to sell locally for a reduced rate just to make some money back. Took a month to arrive. Absolute rip off and a scam!

I made a purchase from this website this afternoon then came here to see the reviews. Oh dear. I don’t think they’ll be cancelling my order and reimbursing me as I’ve requested. I wondered why the dresses were so much cheaper compared to original designer websites, clearly a scam.

I’d I could give a zero I would. Bought and no delivery! Do not buy from this site. I’ve lost $120 but will try to claim back from
Credit card firm.

My wife brought clothes from this company. They are overseas company shipping clothes into Australia. The clothes were not at described. Shein quality at designer label prices. They make it impossible to return the clothes and will not give a refund.

Save your money

I paid $69.95 for a dress that i believe is not standard of that price point .. the cross over in the skirt part doesnt provide ad much coverage as I'd like which is not great for modesty ... there is no brand label .. just a very generic "L" that could very well have come out of the same factory as items from Temu & Shein ... I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased ..

It’s called Adrina Australia. It is not shipped from Australia at all. It gives an expected delivery date when purchasing which is far from the truth. I purchased a dress for an event which has long been and gone and I am still waiting for dress to arrive.
