Unhelpful customer service
Ordered and received runners in good time. When I contacted the shop about an issue that I had (3 months later) I was really disappointed with their service. I got no response to an email that I sent (with pictures) so when I had to call the shop, The owner of the shop reluctantly advised me to post back the practically new runners which were used only at the gym. Or else I could superglue the sole which was lifting!!!!!!

Fast free shipping… but used goods!
Good pricing, fast free shipping and thats about it… Purchased bike rack and it came second hand, dump stinky box taped with brown tape and sellotaped parts inside… on top of that it was missing one of 4 bolts! Contacted support and no response… was able to pick up fitting bolt in hardware store but this shouldn’t happen when purchasing from retailer! They seem to have nice stock and are local so may give them anothe chance but first impressions is rather disappointing!
