The session was very helpful in understanding where I currently stand in my journey towards becoming a Data Analyst and which areas I should focus on to make further progress.

My coach explained the Data Analyst role in a simple but effective way, breaking it down into three main stages: **collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data**. This helped me structure the role more clearly in my mind, especially since it aligned well with what I had already learned during my Data Analytics course.

We then discussed the technical skills I should continue developing. He recommended gaining more hands-on experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, relational databases, SQL, Python, statistics, and data visualization. He also suggested practical platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank, and LeetCode, and encouraged me to work on end-to-end projects, from collecting and cleaning data to analyzing and visualizing the results, using AI tools to receive feedback and identify areas for improvement.

What I particularly appreciated was how well he assessed my current experience and skill level. He understood both where I am today and where I want to be, and helped me identify realistic, actionable steps to bridge that gap. He also recognized the progress I have already made and encouraged me to continue building on it, which gave me more confidence in my career transition.

I came to the session well-prepared with several questions about my career transition, technical skill gaps, internal opportunities, career progression, and CV positioning. Although we didn't have time to cover everything, I felt that the session was productive and well aligned with my needs. I left with a clearer picture of my next steps, a better understanding of the skills I should prioritize, and more confidence that I am moving in the right direction.

It was great to meet a high experienced and high skilled person abroad with only multiple clicks and schedule a meeting easily!

ADPlist is a well-known platform for mentorship sessions, and I highly recommend it! very useful!

The session was good and the mentor was very generous with their time. The proprietary video platform was very rudimentary though. It desperately needs some options e.g. to blur the background

ADP did help me a lot for interview preparation and career development. Here you can talk to people where LinkedIn could not help connect with.

ADPList is an amazing service to find experienced product design mentors. The best part? it's free! There are paid options for some mentors, but overall It's been a great experience. If you are a designer that is struggling and is in need of a mentor, this is the service you need to try.

I really enjoy using ADPList. I’ve used the platform both as a mentee and as a mentor, and I always find it valuable. It’s a great place to get different perspectives on the job market, prepare for interviews and career transitions, and also give back by helping others with what I’ve learned along the way.

The system for connect mentee and Mentor it's good and the feature always update. Right now we can select the Mentor help by AI and its' helpful somuch before Automate by AI. We need booking alot of the Mentor for they can approve our session sometimes the Mentor not coming or they didn't see about the schedule offer

ADPlist is great , you should check the mentors properly and find the who could be the best option for you. You talk to a mentor and usually they become your professional friend or even colleagues.
Definitely everyone should try it once.

Rajeew was EXCEPTIONAL! I went into our first session with a long list of questions about my transition into Product Management, positioning, skill gaps, roles to target, portfolio and the international job market.

I didn’t need to ask a single one.

Rajeew came prepared with a full presentation, shared his screen and walked me through everything I needed to know. He had clearly taken the time to understand my situation and tailored the session accordingly. His preparation, depth of knowledge and genuine desire to help were outstanding.

At several points I was thinking, “This is literally the question I was about to ask!” 😂

He gave me clarity, challenged my thinking and left me with practical next steps and renewed confidence.

This was my first career mentor and first ADPList experience, and Rajeew has set the bar ridiculously high.
