Would give 0 stars. They claim the bed will ship by the end of the week for several months then eventually stop responding. I have been waiting for over 3 months. I believe the company is a scam and they recently deleted their instagram account.

ZERO STARS if I could. Ordered a bed over 3 months ago. GHOSTED. Will not respond, total SCAM.

This is a scam. Never received my purchase nor refund back. I’d give this a 0 if I could. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

SCAM - 4 months later still no dog bed.

Ordered over a month ago, no information, customer service has gone silent with no replies or communication. Absolute scam, I would not recommend buying from this company.
I see similar comments so I would hope people read these as I regrettably didn’t.

I wanted to hope for the best regardless of the reviews BUT I purchased my bed on October 15th and was told multiple times that it would ship that week but it never did. The most frustrating thing was that the beds are still available for purchase online even though they are having inventory issues instead of marking it as out of stock or back ordered. They also delete any comments on social media which makes things even more shady, it seems like the only people who actually receive their beds and post about them are influencers. I purchased a Barney Bed last night instead and it shipped the next day.

I hope they can work their issues out for the sake of their company and for future customers!

I placed an order on September 30th, and by October 10th, it was well past their advertised processing timeframe, so I contacted customer service for an update. Their AI agent responded, saying I couldn’t cancel because the order was in the "late stages of processing" but claimed they’d assist me further and follow up with an update. I reached out again on October 17th and 21st, but received no response whatsoever. I made one final attempt to contact them on October 24th, and still—no response.

I did receive an automated email on October 15th stating that my order had shipped, but as of today, October 24th, the Shop app they use for tracking shows no available tracking information. Yet, they had no problem charging my card right away.

Given the complete lack of customer service and the fact that I still haven’t received my item, I am warning others to stay away from this company. It’s a scam. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and reporting them to the BBB next.

SCAM BUYER BEWARE. This company will take your money, not deliver the product and proceed to ignore your emails. I’ve reported them to the ACCC. I have also filed a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. This company should be fined and shut down for their fraudulent behaviour.

4 weeks and no products or human response to ongoing request for ETA. DM from IG directing me back to the site. Had to involve my bank and dispute the charge. Note to self - never order from a site that has no phone number or physical location!

Ordered on the 19th of September. It’s now the 4th of October. Paid for express postage. Followed up numerous times. Infuriating lack of service. Lied telling me it was being sent. Sent a “shipping notice” but no tracking and of course the item never arrives. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOT
