The outfits are awesome I just wish the corsets would fit I’m bigger in the middle than the top boobs tend to fit but that’s as far as I get with those but the rest seem to b ok so far

I ordered from Adore Me on February 1st, paying extra for priority shipping, but here I am over a week later with no updates on my order. The tracking shows the package is "with the carrier," but it’s nowhere to be found. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, and they have been absolutely unhelpful, offering no real answers or solutions. This is unacceptable!
I will never order from this company again and will be leaving bad reviews everywhere I can. If you're considering ordering, I highly recommend you think twice. Their shipping is a joke, and their customer service is worse.

Order has not shipped though it was implied it would be here already. Customer service does not answer the phone and email support just claims they are busier than normal. They did add a $5.00 credit but that doesn't help with a missed birthday gift.
My styler was amazing! But make sure to check the comments or extra details on a customers account!

I have continued to receive emails stating that my order is delayed. From a customer standpoint, apologies do not go far - I prefer to receive the items I ordered and don't appreciate these delays.

I placed a large order, using next-day shipping. Their policy states 1-2 day processing, so I should have had the order in 3 days, 4 at most.
It is now 3+ weeks later and the order still says “processing”. I have called 3 times, been hung up on after 20 mins waiting or they put me directly on hold, without answering, then hang up. When I spoke with someone 3 weeks ago, they said the order was in the way so it couldn’t be canceled or refunded.
2 weeks ago they said the exact same thing-absolutely no cancel/refund…I have to wait until I receive it then send it back.
Last week they claimed they canceled and refunded a week earlier, despite having sent emails saying “no cancel/refund”…within the timeframe they said it was canceled/refunded, Of course…no refund pending with my credit card company to this day.
I trusted this company because it’s owned by Victorias Secret. I also placed an order w/Victorias Secret when I knew I wouldn’t be receiving the Adore Me order in time. Also used next-day shipping. The items that were shipped were damaged in transit and 3-4 items missing…HALF THE ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED BECAUSE THEY HAVE ADORE ME ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE😡😡😡😡😡😡
My order was delayed twice so far, but my credit card was charged. It has been five days since my credit card was charged and my order is still in the "processing" status. I tried to cancel the order and my membership and was only able to cancel the membership. Now the swimsuit I ordered for our vacation won't be delivered until well after we leave. The person I spoke to was very nice, though, and tried to be helpful. My order was placed on the 1st and today is the 8th. They state orders will ship in one to two days. I gave the order 12 days to arrive before we leave. I do understand delays and I would have been disappointed not receiving my order before my vacation, but my credit card should not have been charged with the order not shipped after a week.

I love this whole subscription box thing. I’ve only received one so far and it’s not super personalized yet and I did receive items that I requested not to get any at all because I did this strictly for lingerie, but I did receive a sports bra and leggings and I didn’t want any of those items And I actually loved all the other lingerie items except one of the panties was a high cut which I stated I do not want any of those either. It’s just the pricing is still very high with only $20 being discounted from one of the items free shipping is very nice and the ship shipping back for free with the label already. attached is awesome as well But make sure you look at it and realize that it goes United States Postal Service because I made the mistake of going to the UPS store on a Friday night to return it and had to wake up early Saturday morning, luckily to go to my local post office to return it back in. I’m excited to see what the next box will be if it’ll get more personalized after I went through my account and liked items and review them.

Adore me provides a smooth shopping experience. I have opted in to the monthly membership and can easily shop or skip a month. No pressure. I get texts messages to remind me to make a choice as well. I especially love their lounge and PJs. Everything is just as pictured and true to size.
I made one purchase for my Goddaughter in December before I noticed that Adore Me was charging me a monthly fee of $39.95 for what they call a "VIP Membership." This is bogus. I NEVER signed up for any membership. They retained my credit card without my permission and had I not caught this, they would have continued to charge me. I tried to call them and you are on hold indefinitely. When you unsubscribe from the membership, you wind up in a loop after having to 'create an account' to even get in. Then, your password no longer works. What a nighmare. I wound up emailing them after I called my CC company and deliberately cancelled my credit card. I let them know their show was over. BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT EVER order from them again.
The selection is great and always being added to. The fit is consistent throughout different pieces and styles. I used to hate wearing lingerie, but no more!!
Do NOT order from Adore Me! I made a single purchase in August 2024. Since then, Adore Me has taken it upon themselves to sign me up for a VIP membership THREE TIMES and charging my account over $239. You cannot contact them via phone as they will not answer. I've emailed them on three occasions to stop charging my account and to delete my account information. Either a predatory type company or completely terrible at their jobs.
Never got my delivery and they blamed me for it. Refund was slow
Adore me makes lingerie for real bodies. Everything I order from them is flattering and makes me feel beautiful. Shipping is fast and they have lots of sales for regular customers.
