Found my Fave Online Beauty Store!
I can't praise AB customer support enough for sorting out my order placed just before Mothers' Day! So helpful and patient, it's pretty understandable how tricky post services can get especially leading up to public holidays and special occasion days and local NZ shipping has been slow lately.
Just wanna say I've been enjoying your quick delivery (<9 days, which is pretty impressive for Australian-dispatched orders), offers, samples, promo items, so happy to have so many brands and products to choose from!!

I can see that we have your order placed just before the public holiday which can increase the delivery timeframe as Aus Post is not available for public holidays. Your order was shipped with Australia Post eParcel which is an estimated 2 - 7 business days (with WA being close to the 7 days) and today would have marked the 5th business day.

Order arrived promptly to my NZ address - one item I’d ordered was incorrect so I contacted customer service & received a prompt reply & correct item sent immediately via express courier. Sometimes mistakes happen & this company was quick to sort it out & rectify. Would certainly purchase from again.

Currently chatting with Adore who really do have great customer service and working towards a resolution. Apparently they are having issues with shipping to NZ and working on it. I really hope they can get it sussed because they are a neat store. I love the blogs & videos & user reviews.
Shipping is atrocious. Just unbelievably bad for no apparent reason.
I frequently order stuff from Aus and it arrives at my rural NZ address promptly (sometimes even faster than locally purchased orders). Every order I've made with Adore bar one has had issues. Currently waiting on two orders (one a replacement for an order that went missing somewhere before landing in NZ) that were sent a week ago and haven't moved after getting their tracking info.
Their customer service is good and reasonably prompt. Website is glitchy but not a huge deal. Samples, product variety, and prices are great. However, actually getting the products you order is kind of the most important part of online shopping. Do not recommend unless you don't mind several weeks of waiting for your order with no guarantee you'll ever receive it.

First order went missing
First order went missing , that was resolved eventually however now my second order has not moved in 10 days and passing the blame to freighters. Communication is slooooow and had absolutely no communication regarding shipping delays.
I wanted this product for Easter now I have to wait even long . Cheaper prices are not worth the hassle ultimately.

Bad Delivery
I placed my last order on Sunday. Usually I would receive my item the very next day and it was like that for a while. But now, 3 days later my item is still undelivered, although I am in CBD Melbourne. So what happened to this company that used to be reliable.
If they have a problem with the courier, they should look for a more reliable one. I can walk to David Jones and get what I want instead of waiting 3 days for delivery.
Disappointing.

By over $20 had the best price on Tint Du Solieil. They took all my details however then an error saying product 423 had insufficient stock however now have all my personal details 😩

Absolutely phenomenal service and speed
Literally the best online shopping experience I have ever had the people at adore are amazing.
I live in a small rural town I ordered 2 fragrances from them with in 30mins I had a confirmation that my orders had been shipped then a day later my orders showed up some of this love to go to Toll shipping. Also love the TimTam

NOT A GOOD experience I ordered a cloud nine straightener and my order was declined and my money was taken from my account that was nov 27th it’s now dec 5th still haven’t got back all because I used another name as the recipient so just a warning for anyone wanting order for someone else just use only your own details and card and should be good all though they tried helping I just got over repeating the situation and being told the same thing, avoiding the POV

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. My parcel has been 'in transit' for ten days! I've ordered from other companies from Australia since and it's taken a few days to arrive. When I ask for help all they do is tell me what I already know, it's stuck in transit! I agree with last person, I believe the tracking system is fake. Do better Adore Beauty!

Adore beauty scam
I purchased an order three weeks ago it says it was shipped on the 17th and delivered on the 24th however my order never arrived. The tracking site is fake and has no contact details for me to get in touch with. The site also says my parcel was delivered at 9:45pm which is not possible in NZ and definitely scam like behaviour. I am very very disappointed and will not be shopping with adore beauty again, I either want my items or a refund!
