I learnt a lot about myself that I didn't know. It's very helpful to know what you're built for, what injuries you are disposed to have, etc.

Need to improve
It seems it has many information which is good, but I am not able to see all of it as it is not loading data. And there is not feed back from Customer Service. For the information I can see, very technical which is good but not very practical, you may need to investigate more to have a better understanding.

On par
ADNTRO actually did better with its accuracy on the health results than 23&me did, 1000%!
Now, the ancestry results, the reason why I do this. It was excellent! The only other genetic test to give me results that are on par with my AncestryDNA results. Which Ancestry.com is the most trusted source by legitimate or serious geneticists. So I really thought that was something

SCAM
SCAM: I uploaded my results from Ancestry. Adntro sent me a email when it was ready the next day__all seems normal UNTIL you go on their webpage and find that there is no place that clicks for you to see your results except the payment plans. I wonder why? Something about sample reports. Well I saw the samples before I uploaded my data. Don't be like me. Run away from Adntro. Complete RIP OFF.

It worked for a few hours
It worked for a few hours, and now I just get a blank screen when logging in.
I contacted customer service but haven't had a reply.
If you can't use the service you've paid for them it comes across as a waste of money.
Follow up: I sent a help request to the email address mentioned in the reply but had no response several days later.
Adntro contacted me after leaving this review and have now resolved the problem.

Very bad logistics, pick up and delivery
They were terrible with the easiest part, delivery and pick up, at least in Spain, wont recommend as they work with crappy logistic companies that wasted my time making me wait and not coming several times

Primarily Mediterranean results
The ancestry results are quite accurate, apart from 18% French and German, and 3% Scandinavian, however I put that down as a misread of Britain and Ireland, as Northwestern European populations cluster so close together. In reality it means 21% Britain and Ireland. My East Mediterranean genes, pull the Anglo-Celtic genes southward into France, and eastward into Germany, and Norway. I got a trace result of Britain and Ireland on ADNTRO.
The Southern European, and Levant ancestry is spot on. It’s impressive that Greece, Tuscany, and Abruzzo were picked up. They got the Iberian regions of Portugal, Western Andalusia, Leon, and Extremadura correct. Galicia was also included because Galicians are related to Portuguese people. Picking up Ashkenazi, and Sephardi in the ethnics and regions was impressive. On Eurogenes, and my true ancestry oracles I cluster between Tuscany, and Greece_Thessaly.
I uploaded my LivingDNA results to them, and they are quite comparable (read: primarily East Mediterranean. LivingDNA read it as Southern Italy, South Caucasus, Arabia, and Northern Italy, whereas ADNTRO read it as Italy, Greece and Balkans, and Levant). I got a trace result of Anatolia and South Caucasus on ADNTRO.
I like the genetic bonsai. I got the oak tree which is the tree that symbolizes Southern Europe. I assume people who are primarily genetically Southern European score this tree.
They got my personality trait right. I got the mediator (INFP). They picked up that I am not susceptible to sunburn, however they only said I had a slightly above average chance of tanning easily. I actually tan quickly. I got a low Neanderthal score which I think is accurate. I also got a low Neanderthal score on Your DNA portal.
My heterozygosity ratio was 1.477, which is 3.29% above the European average. I must admit I am not sure what this is all about.
Given that I did not test with them I did not get haplogroups, however I already know my haplogroups from my LivingDNA test.
