After the initial cyber space technology failing...the experience was great. Am already feeling better. Love not having to deal with a clinic on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Even tho I had to pay for it. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, its a tough decision to not go where my health care is paid for.
Also there needs to be a better choice of pharmacies. I could not go to my regular one. That creates an issue of opening another account when its not necessary.
But all that aside this was the best decision for this point in time.

Great and fast

Paid $79 for UTI meds and then was denied and told I need to see a doctor in person, NO REFUNDS. This is a scam.

This was a very easy option, as opposed to setting up a doctor’s appointment and having to go for a test in the hospital. It was easy, yet thorough, and addressed the problem. I had a prescription to address my problem in less than 24 hours. I felt cared for, and trusted the process. Would used again for a problem such as this.

Very convenient the privacy you get with this service is unmatched. I’ll give them 10 stars. Highly recommended.

The first time I used the service through Admired I had a great experience. I was on vacation and got a UTI. My own doctor would not call in a script for me without seeing me despite me explaining I was out of state and had taken an OTC UTI test that came up positive and well let’s be real as a women I have had multiple UTIs in my life and I know what it is when I have one. I went through Admire and within 40 mins had a script called in to the pharmacy near where I was staying. I was so relieved and very satisfied.

Flash forward to today and I will never use them again. Ironically enough I am on vacation again and got a UTI today womp womp. I signed into my Admired account immediately and went through the same quick process of requesting a script, this time paying the extra $20 for expedited service (which states it guarantees your case is reviewed and script called in within 1-2 hours). I waited 3 hours and had not received any follow up email or text. I called the customer care line at that point as it was getting later in the day (5 PM CST) and was told my chart had been reviewed and a doctor approved the prescription but it was never sent to the pharmacy. Apparently my chart was locked so she said she would have to escalate but despite being “open” until 7 PM CST there was no chance I would get my prescription today. I will say customer service was very nice and empathetic but kindness and empathy do not cure an awful UTI and since I am flying home first thing tomorrow it was pointless as I would not need the service once I got home and could see my own doctor. She did say she would put in a request to refund the $70 I paid for expedited care but again that doesn’t help the pain and discomfort I am in until I get back home tomorrow. Also, it concerns me that had I not called no one would have likely contacted me to advise of this oversight and delay.

Next time I’ll just suck it up and find an urgent care.

I paid $45, and no one responded to my request for medication. After waiting all day and checking with the pharmacy, I called Admire, and they told me they had not yet sent the request to the provider. I requested a refund, but they said it is not guaranteed. This is a fraudulent company. Beware of them.

Fast affordable and prescribed what. Needed. I didn’t have to wait to see my doctor on Monday (it always happens on a Friday!) urgent care wanted $250 plus more just for the app! So happy to have my meds in less than 24 hrs and be on my way to recovering instead of having to wait two more days in pain to see my doctor.

Admire.com charged me before sending my request to a PA. Then 4 hours later I checked to see if my request for the antibiotic was sent to my pharmacy. The pharmacy had not received the prescription. I went and checked my portal and saw a message that I was denied because of my age (70) my age was given at the beginning of the form. Why was I allowed to continue? My money was taken even though no prescription was going to be sent. Admire.com is a scam

Would give zero stats if I could. I have been getting chronic utis my entire life. I used to be prescribed medication to take prophylactically but my doctor retired.
I am experiencing uti symptoms and filled out all the questions and paid $45.00. Only to be told online that I was denied. No one called me or told me anything. They said I could not get my money back. Biggest scam ever! Stay far away!!!!
