I felt bad at work so I tried this company within 10 minutes my medication was at the pharmacy .I was able not to miss work grab my medicine after work and back to feeling good .excellent care

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. They have a health screening form. I said I was diabetic. THEY TOOK MY MONEY. Then they emailed me and said I was not approved because I am diabetic. THEY KNEW BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I tried to get a refund. Called the number. Got hung up on twice without speaking to anyone. 2 other times agents tried to help. Sent me to portal. Click the button to send message -- ACCESS DENIED. It said to go app. So I installed it -- ACCESS DENIED. NO WAY TO ASK FOR A REFUND.

I was disappointed with my experience

I was disappointed with my experience. I’ve always received a 10-day course of antibiotics for this type of issue when seeing a doctor, but here I was only given 5 days. When I asked about extending it, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee just to get another 5 days.
It felt frustrating to have to pay more for what I consider standard care, and it made me wish I had just gone to a traditional doctor’s visit instead. I sent a question and a picture of my last antibiotic and still have not received a response.

Should be a ZERO

RIPPED me off completely. Denied an antibiotic for a UTI by a PA, NOT a physician 😞. I know my body. They are denying women ages 69 and over! Same cookie cutter responses. Many shared experiences on other sites. I've reported them to the BBB and the FTC. I was charged up front. This is a SCAM.

Incomplete information on website

This is not a company with full disclosure. I paid for a consultation, but did not get the consultation. My order was refused because I am over 69 years old. I simply got an email stating I was over 69 years and could not be serviced because it might be a serious condition that needs in-person evaulation. That is not a consultation. I called for a refund and was told to go to the portal. No where on the site is there a place to request an refund. The link to chat session is non-functioning. There is no way to request a refund. No place on the website says individuals over 69 should be seen by an in-person evaluation. I have made screen shots of everything and will be submitting to my cc company disputing a service not rendered.

They don’t offer refunds if they deny treatment.

They will upsell multiple medications just to deny you treatment. They make it very clear they don’t offer refunds. So if you’re ok with the potential of losing money, go for it. Look at Reddit- there are multiple people talking about how they were denied. If I was given a partial refund for the medication I would not be writing this but to upsell and deny treatment and still keep all the payment? Unethical practice and sketchy.
