Great house

Great house, but no ordered linen package at arrival. After phoning they will bring the package, but nobody appeared. Did a call again and then we got the message that it is not possible to bring the package. How must we sleep?? After a call with a very helpful lady we managed to get the linen package by ourselves at the Dancenter office. I hope they will discount the packages from our bill as a compensation.

Booked Lille Strandvej 16 in Blåvand…

Booked Lille Strandvej 16 in Blåvand for a week. All good with the house, except that the sparse information one gets (office not open at 17h on a Friday) does not mention that the alarm system is to be disabled with a small tag on the keys. This lead to my elderly parents trying for 2 hours to disable the alarm system and contacting Admiral Strand by phone was COMPLETELY impossible. At last only a phone call to the alarm company was able to resolve the issue. Subsequent attempts along the whole week to contact the company by phone were not successful. Stay away from using Admiral Strand who are completely impossible to get in touch with!
