Outstanding Service and Support from…

Outstanding Service and Support from Adler’s Insurance Brokers

Adler’s Insurance Brokers has been absolutely fantastic over the years. They went above and beyond to help me with a subsidence claim, providing invaluable support and guidance throughout the entire process. The customer service has been exceptional, especially when management got involved to resolve an issue with our insurer, who wanted to reduce any future claim payouts by 20% due to a non-disclosure on a flat roof, irregardless of nature of claim. Thanks to Adler’s dedication, everything was handled smoothly and full insurance was reinstated.

Recently, I was able to secure subsidence coverage elsewhere without needing a structural survey, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Adler’s if they ever work with insurers who offer similar terms. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a responsive, reliable, and proactive insurance broker. Thank you, Adler’s team!

Overpriced, Arrogant and defensive when caught out

I wouldn’t recommend Adler Insurance unless you’re happy to be significantly overcharged, receive a substandard service and attitude if you challenge anything! There is no transparency when it comes to their “fees” and nor do they clearly disclose the amount on policy / renewal paperwork. When you do ask them to disclose the fees earnt their initial tactic is to skirt around providing a straight answer, abit like politicians!

In my experience they were 35% more expensive compared to another broker with an identical policy using ultimately the same underwriter. To make it a fair comparison, I also asked another broker who provided a quote of £500, using an underwriter that Adler also use deal but apparently cheapest they could do was a “competitive” £700.02.
Then we get onto the complaints handling, where they ignore half the complaint (probably the bit where they’re caught red handed ripping customers off) and advise it’s their “final response” hoping the matter will just go away.

It’s clear they will use any means necessary to make a quick buck, but If you need “competitively” priced insurance go elsewhere.
