Great head and neck massage with Christine. Thank you.

I had a Swedish massage with Christine and it was very much suited to what I needed! I will be coming regularly now to help support my whiplash recovery.

The message helped with the healing process and the benefits are starting to take effect so I’m very grateful and looking forward to the next weeks session with Christine

No waiting. Seen straight away. Very knowledgeable about the issues presented. Muscular pain and stiffness in knee and shoulder. My neighbour recommended Adjust so thought I would try them. Glad I did.

Grazyna gives a really good firm massage but also manipulation on the parts that need it. Went specifically with my shoulder and it is improved after 1 session, booked another straight away to improve movement more. Would highly recommend.

Today I went for my first full-body hot stone massage with Christine and it was fantastic. She’s very good and professional, and I already booked for my next treatment with her. I have a massage every 3-4 weeks and this is certainly one of the best I had! Thanks Christine

Had a lot of massages over the years. I have now had a sports massage and a Swedish massage from Christine and both were absolutely brilliant. I went in with alot of discomfort, stiffness and pain and both times left feeling so much better. She is very professional and knows exactly what is needed. If you need a massage to relieve your muscular issues I would not hesitate to see Christine. Lovely relaxing music too by the way which I feel helps

I got a voucher for my birthday for a pregnancy message. I left it quite late, I'm 38 weeks pregnant but it was worth the wait! Christine was incredibly friendly and the massage was wonderful from start to finish! I especially enjoyed the face rub at the end. Will definitely be returning after baby is born!

I was able to get an appointment in the same day. Kladia was amazing she made me feel like I was able to move a lot easier afterwards. I would highly recommend

Having tension in my back and neck for weeks, I booked an appointment with Carl at Adjust for a deep tissue massage. This was my first visit and Carl was brilliant, so good i booked another couple of sessions with him. Neck and back feel much better! Looking forward to next visit.

I’ve been going to Adjust Massage for a few weeks now and had regular appointments with Christine for some treatment and deep tissue massages. These were really good and I found these treatments very beneficial for both short and long term solutions. In particular, Christine is really great, she’s very attentive to the areas I need help with and also very supportive in terms of post treatment advice too. Christine is also really great to talk to and is extremely friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Christine for her treatments.

Possibly the best sports massage that I have experienced. Dan work hard to loosen post cycle tightness and definitely improved my recovery.

My husband booked an aromatherapy massage with Christine for my first mothers day, I felt such a difference in my upper back immediately and for days after and the scents we chose were lovely! She checked the pressure was okay with me throughout, I'll definitely be booking again
