the worst customer service. i paid for express courier which i expected in 2 business days, it's been 10+ days now. i've called twice, one customer representative stating she would email. a few days passed and i called again, now hearing i would receive a call back about my order. zero follow up and no package to track. now i just want my $500 back!

My order that was more than $200 never arrived. I reached out the support service 3x, never got help nor an answer. A scam!!!

I placed a first order recently. What I received was laughable - not even close to what was displayed on the AE site. Given prices, I was expecting the same quality found on other quality costume jewelry sites such as Pilgrim or Kendra Scott.

My AE cuff bracelet arrived deformed and very uncomfortable to wear.
A cocktail ring looks finished w greenish gold tint (vs normal gold finishing) - hideous …
The ‘eternity ring’ (super cute online - featuring what looks loke swarovski-grade crystals) is a disaster: a ring of opaque pieces - no shine whatsoever. Would never wear it.

Service has been so laughable in last exchange that I decided to cut my losses and literally throw this stuff away (to donate would he insulting).

Stay away from this site, seriously.

I tried to cancel order online after reading terrible reviews before it my order was even sent out but return email stated I was not allowed to cancel goods (surely that is against UK distance selling legislation?) but that I could return online. When the goods arrived and I tried to return because the quality was terrible and overpriced, I wasn't allowed to return as bought in UK with a discount. Rip off, do not use this company. I tried to cancel payment with my credit card but they disputed it, eventually I gave up. Wore bracelet once and such bad quality it fell off and was lost for ever more.

Terrible service, unfair return policy, shoddy merchandise. The earrings I ordered were ridiculously small—child-size—besides cheap finish and design. When I tried to return within their very short window(2 weeks), they refused to give me a refund. They owe me hundreds of dollars on the pretext that any items 30% off or more are final sale. I never saw anything to indicate final sale—they sent me screen shots of an item unrelated to my order to “prove” that it said “final sale.” Even if it had, given the poor quality, they should have given me a full refund instead of sticking me with a store credit when they offer nothing I’d ever want. Don’t waste your money or time doing business with this disreputable company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The website has many stunning pieces of jewellery and I was delighted when they emailed to say an item I wanted was back in stock. However, it was more than a week before it was shipped. Once received, I contacted them to say the necklace was faulty. The clasp was cheap and flimsy and would not open! They said they would issue a credit but then retracted and said because it was a final sale item, they would not. I would have never purchased if the “final sale” item stated is was a faulty item that can not be worn. Their customer service is appalling! Have emailed numerous times and left voicemail messages. No one replies! I cannot recommend anyone using this website to order jewelry. Such a shame but in the end a total waste of money.

Absolutely the worst experience . Received broken items , first order I didn’t receive at all . The costumer service stating the warranty is 6 month only after I’ve worn the necklace for two days in total .
Please don’t buy there - its a huge frustration .

I placed an order for a set of earrings. There was an offer online which was buy one and get the second for free. I received an email which notified me that my order status said that the items had been shipped. The tracking number attached to the email was not up to date with any information. After some days of waiting for an update, I received an email to say my order had been delivered by a courier company called ‘Evri’. At the time and date the delivery was made, I was not present at my address. I checked the tracking on Evri, which showed a photo of a package left by my front door. This to me is not a safe place to deliver jewellery of low or high value. When returning to my address, there was no sign of my package. I immediately contacted Evri and Adina Eden to raise the concern that my package wasn’t delivered. Evri investigated this matter and concluded that the package was either stolen or misplaced. I pressed on with a complaint to Adina Eden who eventually after several attempts of chasing, agreed to replace my order and send out a new order. I sent over all the relevant information that they requested and heard nothing back. Since then, the items I wanted are now out of stock. I have sent a further 3 emails now requesting for a full refund as I feel this matter hasn’t been resolved to a customer satisfaction level.

Ordered two sets of earrings. One earring from one set was missing in the first place. Then I returned one pair of earrings and still waiting for the refund, even though the return was send back more than a month ago. Customer service does not reply. Have never experienced anything so unprofessional.

I would never buy from here again. They send me the wrong jewelry, they asked me to send it back which I did. I’m waiting for a refund for over 3 months now. To be honest I have given up at this point. I contacted customer service again and again and they feed you the same lines but do nothing. Feels like a scam to me.

I’ll never order from this place again! I ordered 5 items in December and 2 were coming a month later. I received 3 but never got the other 2. When I contacted them I was told I had to send a picture of the box they came in because they always send things correctly. Of course I don’t have the box because I wasn’t expecting all 5 items! Still waiting to hear if I’ll get a refund.

DO NOT DO IT! ABSOLUTELY NO customer feedback or assistance. I didn’t receive two earrings I ordered and it’s been impossible. They then sent one?!? Then decided case was closed and will now no longer respond. But even when they did respond it took OVER ONE WEEK!! Is Adina even a real person?! If so after reading some of these reviews she should be ashamed, who sets up a business like this. Having actually worked in the luxury brand retail word as a buyer boutique owner and had online sales , I have NEVER EVER experienced ANYTHING like this rubbish. I’m now contacting my bank. Started this nonsense at the beginning of November 2023, now here we are end of Jan 2024.

Buyer BEWARE!!!!! This company operates from THEFT. They were quick to charge my card, but failed to notify me that the item I "purchased" did not exist and was never shipped...except, I received a shipping notification and a USPS TRACKING NUMBER. "Customer Service" does not even exist because they don't reply to you. They even threaten that they will mark your requests for a reply as "SPAM" and will DELETE them all if you send multiple e-mails to try to get in touch with someone and get answers?! Really??? It has now been almost a month I have yet to hear back from anyone, and I have yet to get my money back for an item they never sent... I have never encountered a shopping experience this infuriating. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL.

I purchased a ring for my Lady as part of her Christmas gifts, unfortunately I got the ring size incorrect, since late December 2023 I have emailed the company relentlessly to ascertain how to return the ring where to send it and what I need to do to get an exchange.
They did around 6 emails in, respond at a point and said they would be in touch soon with the information for me to return the ring.
Yet again absolutely nothing, the irony is that every day I receive around 3 emails from them to one of my direct email accounts telling me of the latest discounts for the latest ranges.
So now I have A diamond ring on gold that I am faced with taking to a local jeweller to get resized at a cost, nevertheless at least once done my lady will be able to wear it, Thank you Adina, oh and the company has now changed names from Adina, to AdinaEden.

They do not respond. I paid for an item that never arrived. They say on the website to reach out to USPS with any shipping issues and I would except they never even provided a tracking number. Just a vague email that my order had shipped USPS and tracking would follow. Never received the tracking or the item and no one responds to the calls, emails and messages I’ve sent.

Zero customer service they do not reply to emails or voice messages. We have been trying to reach them for weeks because they sent us the wrong item but it’s impossible to e turn or exchange because they ignore messages. Scammy

Firstly all their reviews are fake.
I had been collaborating with their brand for a year with the app brandbassador, They pay people $5 per positive 5 star review.

They gave me $700 gift card to spend on their website in exchange for a positive 5 star review for each item. My items took almost 2 months to arrive I could not get in touch with their support about this.

When my items finally arrived every single piece of jewellery I got had tarnished within a few weeks (keep in mind they did not get wet and was not worn daily)

My jewellery looked fake and the colour was not of real gold nor did it feel like real gold

Not only this I was scrolling through Ali express and found the exact same jewellery for 90% cheaper.

How did they get all of the SAME 5 star reviews in the same day.. looks rather fishy.. I have not recvd my order. I placed the order 7/7 and its 7/21.. I sent an email 7/13and no response.. however on 7/14 my ups went from created to shipped.. NOW ups says there are no updates but every now and again it shows its in a different city.. i hope i get my necklace.. I hope its real.. i hope all of the diamonds are in the necklace.. there are a LOT of 5 star reviews on the same day .. and there are some 1 star reviews that i believe are actual customers.. I hope Adina is legit and not out here trying to fool people into thinking that they are with all of these self written reviews.. I spent almost $400 on this necklace.. I too made this purchase on sale.. so I PRAY its a legit 14k gold diamond necklace with all the clarity that was stated int he description..
