Adidas Reviews 

I sent back an item to exchange three months ago. adidas received it and even sent me an email confirming the exchange was approved. Since then, nothing. No new item and no refund. I've tried to reach customer service with no real answer. Very disappointing experience. I just want the item I asked for or my money back. I would not recommend ordering online from them.

I have no respect for any company who forces cookies and ads on their website when their main activity is selling products. They are hijacking themselves. No respect for privacy = no respect for customers and therefore nothing to buy from them.

Same problem with the only 1-star review here. The order is in preparation for 15 days now and the same excuses, demand is too high. CMI should revoke adidas right to use credit cards as payment method from the site it is used to scam people

If you use the online payment method, which I unfortunately did, then just kiss your money goodbye, because they'll constantly use the "dUe tO hIgH dEmAnD, PlS eXpEcT dElAyS" excuse, followed by you issuing for a refund because 1-3 months passed without having any progress made on the order, and then getting slapped on the face by a "yOuR rEfUnD iS sTiLL in pROcEss" each time you ask them for an update (which have been ongoing for me for over a month) till they exhaust you trying to get your money back and give up for good.

The payment upon delivery option works just fine though, which makes me strongly believe that the online payment method is a little scheme they run to scam people that pay using their Mastercard or else, since hundreds of people are complaining about the same problem because they have been left without a refund despite the fact they have issued for it months ago.

As much as I love Adidas, you're much better off buying it from other international sites that ship to Morocco since this site is clearly run by corrupt people.
