Begin augustus bestelde ik een rugzak via hun webshop, op 7 aug werd het geleverd volgens DPD (het koerierbedrijf) bij een ophaalpunt aangezien ik niet thuis was. De verpakking was onbeschadigd, bij het openen (met de strip) vond ik 2 lege schoendozen van adidas, dus geen rugzak te bespeuren. Ik probeerde dit te melden via hun website maar die had technische probleme, Nadien pleegde ik een telefoontje naar Adidas Belgium, ik moest op vraag van hen een mail met foto's van de lege doos doorsturen. Later, na evaluatie met het koerierbedrijf antwoordde Adidas dat het product geleverd was volgens hun condities: Hello Paul Maebe,

Order could so called not be delivered. The safe space was neglected and the box for packages (deliberatly) not seen?
Package was supposedly brought to a drop Off point, however, they claim it was never delivered there either.
Can we say it fell out of the truck? Or do they have another excuses.
We Will never know as Customer service is also unknown to Adidas apparently. Two e-mails, no response.
I bought a pair of shoes on the Adidas official website, tried them on and they didn't fit, so I returned the package according to the requirements on the official website. A week later, Adidas sent me an email saying that they had received the empty package I sent. So I contacted the courier company, and the courier company proved that the package I sent was not empty, and said that if Adidas thought they received an empty package, they needed to provide proof and apply for a formal investigation. So I contacted Adidas again, and they replied that they had detailed records of all the couriers (then the question is, if there were records, why did they send an email saying that I sent an empty package at the beginning), but they still would not compensate me for my losses. So I replied to Adidas that what I needed was that they could initiate a formal investigation application to the courier company (DPD courier company told me that only the person who sent the courier, that is, Adidas, had the power to file a formal investigation application), but Adidas no longer responded to my emails and did not take any action.
I bought recently the gazelle Adidas shoes and since then I were them almost everyday and I love it they are so great and comfy. I highly recommend the shoes
