I am so disappointed with AD Heating Solutions. To be fair the installation of a Worcester Bosch boiler, flue and inspection hatch was first class. However, when it came to the required documentation not only did they fail to provide this but continuously gave false reasons why they had failed their legal responsibilities. It took repeated phone calls and emails before they provided a gas safety certificate 4 months after the installation and I am still waiting for a Building Regs certificate 6 months later. In also transpires that they did not register the boiler guarantee, which combined with their NON authorised installer status means that my guarantee has been reduced from 10 years to 7.

This is a 3rd time A D Heating helped us in last 4 years. Brilliant services, excellent and very helpful staff. Thank you so much for all your help.

I am a regular customer of this business that’s in view of their competitive pricing and great service delivery. I shopped around extensively when I needed a new gas boiler and this business was head and shoulders above. Arranging appointments and then happening as scheduled is faultless. When things have not gone as planned they have been very responsive and work to make a satisfactory outcome.

Very helpful, very quick to respond, very quick installation of a new boiler, and very tidy. Very good service all round.

The simple error should not have happened.
The boiler was taking its exhaust into the combustion chamber. This could have ended very badly.
AD Heating sent out their senior engineer to fix the issue and recommission the boiler.
It's now working as it should,thanks for their rapid response.

Got appointment when wanted ,turned up on time done through test on boiler

New ball valve fitted. Now, in full working order. No mess, happy customer

Cannot praise this company enough. Quick instalment. Very friendly nothing to much. I would recommend them in a heart beat. In fact I already have to our street whatsapp group. Good quality boilers. Just go with them and see for yourself.
