There was a quick initial response from Harrow Health, which was appreciated. However, I now need to amend an informant’s details and there appears to be no option to do this. I’ve tried contacting th... See more

Will not reply
I was diagnosed ages ago. They wanted be to get a heart yeat which I did and was fine and now I cant get hold of them to pescribe me medication. I have tried again and again
I will be raising a formal complaint
I will be raising a formal complaint! This company needs to be shut done immediately. The negligence and lack of care is utterly shocking. I would plead with vulnerable people to go elsewhere as this service will greatly worsen your condition.
Harrow Health adhd
Harrow Health adhd, my personal experience is this company is an absolute shambles, months and months continuosly chasing up, no response to emails, or complaints submitted. The Psychiatrist was helpful and attentive at zoom assesment when I was diangnosed by him, at the end of the consultion he assured me that the process from there would be very quick, which could not be futher from the truth! The psychiatrist seems totally uninterested in resolving this. I am at my wits end trying to get a result, again now waiting for someone to answer phone to chase up complaint which I felt I had no alternative but to submit, listening to recording going round and round, I think this company is appauling and cannot recommend it, Waiting now on the phone 52 minutes whilst the telephone advisor who didnt seem to know much has gone off to look for someone else. . . .
Absolutely shocking service!
Absolutely shocking service!! Pick another provider if you’re going through right to choose through the NHS!
Was called on Tuesday as they had to cancel my appointment at 8am, without any explanation as to why. Rescheduled to 10am… still no link to join at 10:30. Called and reschedule my appointment to a different day.
Clinician sent me the link to join at 10:57am and then called me. I said I’ve already rescheduled as I’ve rearranged my whole day and changed my shift at work to attend this appointment, asked why I wasn’t contacted if she was running late, she said ‘I couldn’t get on the system to get your number’, so I said why couldn’t she let someone know she’s running late and they can let me know.
This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Harrow Health, they are never on time with their appointments and always about 10 minutes late to join, not professional at all and lack of communication is disgusting.
Sometimes really slow with sending you your prescription code.
Also on one of my appointments, one of the clinicians was very condescending as you’re only meant to have 3 appointments and I’d had 5 at that point. I’m sorry that the medication hasn’t been right for me and I’m trying to find the right one.
Can’t wait until I get my medication right and I no longer have to deal with them.
Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact. I have been trying to contact for over 3 months now and have been left without medication, effecting my work and personal life.
I have tried to send emails, use the contact form on the site and also called many of times spending numerous hours without a single answer. The emails have bounced back as the inbox if full (I have never heard of this before).
NHS cannot take over as no shared care and the only option I’m left with is being referred again under the right to choose which is a minimum of 12 weeks before ‘assessment’. Due to the dosage I guess I will have to start again at a lower dosage which didn’t have much of an impact after the first week and this will then take months to find the right dosage.
Awful customer service.
Honestly an absolute joke
Honestly an absolute joke, this company is ruining peoples lives, I received a diagnosis and started on medication, every month I had to chase to get a follow up appointment- emails ignored , phone calls ignored , you finally get an appointment but they have to start you again on a lower dose and work back up, finally got a dose that works well and now my GP is not accepting shared care and Harrow have gone once again radio silent- I raised this concern and was assured the GP would take and if they didn’t HH would continue the medication, tomorrow is my last dose and I then have nothing, and although not physically dangerous the damage to mental health is unbearable- how can they operate this way and be allowed to!!!!
Dangerous!!
So dangerous! They tried to perscibe me a completely different medication and then have not awnserd any emails or phone calls about this from me or my doctor! This is a serious matter and they are completely ignoring it! Im left with no medication now! They also do not turn up for appointments and you get no notification to say your appointment is cancelled and left waiting . There is no way of contacting them I have had to go above and complain to pals. I regret choosing this company.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Once diagnosed, you will get no help. You will wait months to get a prescription, or may never get one at all. They will never respond to your emails or your GP's emails either. I was diagnosed 2 months ago, and still have no news about my prescription medication.
If it were possible to give minus…
If it were possible to give minus ratings I would give them. I can definitely say myself and other just need our medication. They ask you to submit bp readings in exchange for your medication. They tell you to dispose of your previous medication in exchange for their new ones but only give you one off prescriptions so if you run out you are stuffed. they also try you out on loads of different brands and doses like you are a lab rat instead sticking to one or two. AWFUL AWFUL COMAPNY
They are terrible
They are terrible, first appointment was nice and professional, after.... I got doctor who was always annoyed because i got some issue's with phone.
When i told her on our third appointment i had a deep depression and suicidal thoughts she interrupt me and told me - i have to understand she's from medicine's with issues like this i can go to gp....
On last one, i have to big dose, fell dehydrated etc. and in one point i started talking fast. And she be annoyed about this and she says - you must be on something or i don't know... Repeat i dont understand anything....
Now after our last appointment they don't give me prescription because i have to send them pulse readings etc. now i wait fifth day, im out of medicines and they said they dont know when they will send it, probably few days...
They are a totally joke
Shocking
Shocking. Never answer the phone or respond to emails. Send appointments that you can only cancel online and not rearrange. I've been left without medication due to their lack of response and neglect of patients. Asked countless times for their complaints process and no surprise, no response. No choice other than to go to the CQC. If I could rate as zero, I would
Appalling lack of care and disorganised
Actually hideous, like others have said, cannot get through to them via email or phone. I was struggling with the medication which was affecting my mental health and mentioned how I couldn't get through to anyone. During my routine appointment the clinician told me "to ring 999 if I felt suicidal". And then in the same breath read out from her questionnaire "How is your mental health doing?" They THEN sent my GP the wrong dosage as part of the shared care agreement and the GP said I need to chase them up to get them to change it. They don't respond, so not sure what I'm meant to do?
Harrow Health CIC are unreachable
Harrow Health are making themselves unreachable . I phoned them, emailed them but still nothing. I even wrote a formal comokaint by post and they have not responded.
It's been more than two months ans I will now issue a fornal complaint to the Parlinentary Health Ombudsman to make them accountable.
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Waiting hours on the phone to get a titration appointment which they fail to send me. Don't reply to emails for months on end. Somehow this service is every ADHD persons worst nightmare. I hope they go bust and the regulator looks into them, they shouldn't be operating with this kind of behaviour.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
This company diagnose you then do not give you any medication. I have contacted them 10s of times and so has my GP to no avail. After being diagnosed on Monday 6th and told I can start immediate treatment and would receive a text NOTHING has been done. No text. No prescription. No contact. I have called and emailed, made a complaint and asked for it to be escalated. Nothing. I sent in everything they needed and so did my GP. My GP has also contacted them asking to start me on my medication per the diagnostic report and they said clinical enquiries are not accepted via email. My GP has told me to lodge a complaint. DO NOT go with this company. They are negligent and will ignore all attempts of contact. They do not start you on the medication. My clinician was ONALAJA, Bola (Ms)
Do not choose this company. You have been warned.
Atrocious
Atrocious. They diagnose you, tell you to pick up the meds then desert you. No after care. I have emailed multiple time across weeks to say I was experiencing concerning side affects and no one has got back to me. No phone number. Deadly service. Should be shut down.
Overall, a terrible company
The communication is awful, there is no real way of contacting them. You have to search the internet for the right number, and the number that you can use, 40 minutes each time to wait for someone on the other end to pick up.
I’m having issues with my current doctors in receiving my ADHD assessment from Harrow Health. And when I asked for my assessment to be sent to me separately, just in case there are issues with the reception receiving my assessment and I can send it on just in case, I was told “no it’s not something we do”. It’s literally against the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as I’m requesting my medical records which an ADHD assessment comes under.
But I’m not surprised I’ve been sent onto a shocking ADHD assessor, since my current doctors are also awful. And having read some of these reviews when it comes to prescription for medication, I’m very apprehensive to continue with this service and perhaps go elsewhere.
Shameful and unacceptable service.
Eventually diagnosed by them in June then absolutely no contact from them. I’ve emailed them countless times, tried to phone them and my doctor has even posted them an urgent letter. Nothing. No contact a s no medication sorted. Their service is abysmal and they are truly unprofessional.
