the worst vpn I've ever used
the worst vpn I've ever used, connecting and disconnecting hangs up my win11 machine for minutes, I've never experienced this with any of 5 other vpns I've tried.
at the same time the server selection is quite small in comparison to Surfshark or Nord and the speed on the fastest server is getting capped at 20mbps.
and they only support their proprietary protocol.
And with all that the asking price for subscription is the same as Surfshark.

Getting worse all the time...
Reliability and speed just seem to be getting worse and worse, resulting it me having it turned off far more than I having it on nowadays.
Very disappointing, and I'm a big fan of Adguard otherwise, but at this rate I will be going back to other VPNs, despite having another ~2years left paid for. Really hope they sort it out...

I am very satisfied with AdGuard VPN because it is a product from a reputable company that I trust. The VPN service offers fast and reliable speeds, and the customer support is responsive and helpful via e-mail. Moreover, the prices are affordable and competitive compared to other VPN providers.

Slow speed, not working, bad support
Kinda slow and sometimes totally slow. Today it is not even opening the app at all.
Support responds after a full week. I sent logs (because logs are most helpful for support) and they say to send screenshots of app just not connecting to any server... this is not a serious company.
Can't recommend for others to buy it.

It got better over the years and working almost fine except for gaming, I keep getting disconnected from game servers for some reason when using adguard VPN!
