They do not pay for advanced rewards and provide no real support nor answers. Scam for me.

I was supposed to be compensated $235.15 for completing levels. I fulfilled all requirements but received nothing. customer support made me show proof of download and completion 3 different times, when I did I was told that it didn't track so I would not be compensated for completing levels and watching ads. waste of time

Offer that I have completed got charged back (19$; yes, 19$!). After asking about the reason, they say "it was determined that the completion of the goals for this offer violated our Terms of Service." And then "we are unable to share the exact methods or evidence used in our investigation.". They should be able to give the exact reason and pointing to where I violate their term.

Don't use Adgate, you might regret your decision.

Last two experiences have been decent but my last game offer i completed has not been credited till now let's wait and see for sometime if it get credited i hope so adgate does not let me down

I contacted their customer support team and they helped me out with the issue so yeah I will recommend this offerwall from my personal experience until now they have tracked my every offer and also helped me out real quick with the issue that I encountered. I am increasing the rating to 5 star from 4 star.

I competed several stages in a game including a purchase. When I requested assistance because it did not track they said they deactivated my account, without providing reason, refund or payout. Better providers for both users and game developers exist, avoid!

I completed an offer that required reaching level 40 in a game. I spent over 2 full days doing this and submitted video proof showing all progress.

Despite all this, AdGate refused to credit me, claiming they couldn’t “verify” my activity — even with solid proof.

Support was slow, dismissive, and did not properly review my evidence. I feel scammed.

Be extremely cautious before trusting any offer.
You may waste your time and effort and get nothing in return.

I’m very disappointed and I hope AdGate improves their system and support.

They blocked me as well for violating their terms when all wanted was payment for missing rewards. I reported it to better business bureau and they didn't do anything about it as well.

Just another scam wall don't use it you'll get paid out for the smallest tasks start completing larger ones and you'll find they won't pay out. Poor excuse for adwall there are plenty of others to use that are legit. I even provided proof and they still denied paying me. Don't waste anytime on their offers

Coinpayu site's adgatemedia offer wall stole my money and blocked me from the offer wall. I explained the situation to the authorities, they said they would take care of it and they did not care, thief coinpayu, give me my money back.

They have very poor customer service that will stop responding when requesting payment for completed offers.
They have screwed me on several completed offers.

Their customer service has even given responses that make absolutely no sense in regards to my requests for payment.

Steer clear of these con-artists. They are stealing earnings we deserve.

I have taken 3 different offers from different panels. But always end up with them. Their customer service is very bad. They don't give more than $10. Even though I sent proof, they still don't want to pay. Proven by many negative comments and bad reviews about them. Very bad!.

I was banned adgate because of the Warpath game. There was no violation of the terms. Just scam.

Addgate Warphat Issue Scam
I was blocked by the addgate wall on Coinpay for no reason. After installing the game Warphat and playing for about a week and buying a bunch of packages, the offer wall blocked me and not only me but also 10-15 of our friends that we played with as a group. We didn't use any cheats or VPN, we were blocked for no reason. This is ridiculous. We went to the Coinpay telegram group and explained this problem very nicely and unfortunately we were blocked from there too. This is ridiculous and a really big scam. Dozens of people are experiencing the same situation and there is nothing they can do. This is the first time in my life that I have been scammed because of a game I played. I have been a Coinpay member for 3 years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

Banned me from their surveys on gain.gg so I can’t take any more of their surveys and I didn’t do anything wrong.

Poor support and service. I didn't receive my points after completing 3 of all the actions that I had to complete in the game. They gave me an email saying that the most important thing in their whole system didnt work lol.. (the tracking link). They also said that I should not continue completing the task further (I was already at the 3rd action and I guess they calculated that I will indeed complete all of them by 30 days). I responded that they only awarded 2 of the 3 things I completed before that email came to my inbox. They just said that I wont get anything because they already told me not to complete further (which i did not) and they said that any reply on that email with the same problem will be ignored.. With such an awful support and service I hope they go out of business in at most 6 months.

SCAMMERS! as soon as I reached a higher payment on a game they claimed they had tracking issues and can’t pay out!! They paid out fine on the lower amounts!

Scammers! After completing survey 100% they dont credit points.Happens way too often,I am tired of completing surveys and getting no reward.

How are they allowed to run scam like this??

I wish I could give them -100 rating thats what Adgate really deserve, but unfortunately I cant.
