the product is great but the instruction leaflet writing is too small and not very well explained, you are very much left to chance not for the faint hearted, sorry.

Horrible company policy on returns with 25% extortion refund fees!
I have recently placed an order for around £500 and sent back 1 item from my original order. An unused food processor simply because it wasn't worth the money as it was cheaply built so not suitable for commercial use. Processing the refund was a shocking surprise, They took 25% from my original payment plus I had to pay for shipping costs. Do not use this company for your business equipment orders as you will definitely regret it.

Don’t use
Don’t use. Items arrive below advertised standard and broken and then they refuse to refund. I spend over £200 on my order and they offered to refund £45. Criminal company, how can they deliver something broken and not working and then refuse to replace or refund.
My experience so far has been poor.
My experience so far has been very poor.
I ordered a product and an incorrect product was delivered. I contacted Adexa straight away with evidence of the incorrect product and was told to fill in a form. So, after this, I was told that "as a good will gesture I can keep the product instead of the original and keep the £20 difference".
Well, I would have ordered this one if this is the one I needed.
So, as I wanted to return, I had to fill in another form which was going to the returns department.
It had exactly the same information as the first form.
After submitting this, I was told that I needed to print a returns label, take a picture of box with label on. Re-confirm everything I've already stated 3-4 times now. And agin, confirm whether I would like a replacement or refund. By this time, I do not want anything from this company and would like a refund.
This appears to be a company which likes to put unnecessary steps, barriers and inconveniences to encourage the buyer to just give up and accept it.
I've spent too much time filling out forms, printing labels, sending photographs and arranging collection times for absolutely nothing.
Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible. We are a faithful based charity in Potters Bar. We bout two lockers which were delivered damaged. Adexa is refusing a refund...unbelievable. robbing from a charity.
This is the type of response we got
Good morning,
Thank you for your email. I hope you had a lovely weekend.
This item was delivered by DX on 28.04.26, please see your proof of delivery attached.
As this is a business to business transaction, you are not covered by the distance selling regulations and the 30 days you have quoted applies to consumer law only. The terms of your contract governs this sale and we must have reports of damages within 24 hours of delivery so we can make a claim for these damages from the courier. These are the terms you agreed to at the point of purchase. You can find the terms here: Terms & Conditions
As you have not reported the damage within the 24 hour inspection period the options are available are limited. On this occasion, I would be happy to change the offered voucher to a partial refund of the same amount if this suits you better?
Please let me know how you wish to proceed
Avoid Adexa
Avoid Adexa: extremely poor customer service and zero accountability.
Order 1695232: a stainless steel work table arrived missing all essential fixings (18 screws and the Allen key). The product is completely unusable as delivered.
I reported this once it became clear during assembly – which is the only point you can realistically discover missing internal parts. Adexa refused to help, hiding behind a 24-hour reporting policy and declining to send the missing components.
Instead, they offered £6 or a £12 voucher for a product that cannot even be put together. That’s not a resolution, it’s dismissive and insulting.
They also attempted to hide-behind the the purchase as “B2B”. This felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility rather than deal with a straightforward issue.
The bottom line: they supplied an incomplete product and then refused to fix it.
If you order from Adexa, be aware that if anything is missing or wrong, you may be left with unusable equipment and no meaningful support. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Adexa the cowboys
Where to start with these total cowboys.
Ordered a griddle and within 24 hours it failed. I reported it and was told it looked "heavily used" what kind of response is that? I'd literally just started using it. I've been arguing with the lovely Sophie for 3 days now. All I require is a refund or replacement but she's insisting I wait until their suppliers get back to them? What on earth are these guys on about here? The griddle is now only working on one side and it's drastically effecting my business, I've also been asked to not send anymore emails! I've requested a manger call me at least 6 times now. What a terrible company to deal with. Please bear in mind I've sent photos, videos, proof of purchase and of course proved that it's faulty yet I'm still sat here absolutely livid with a faulty product.
I wouldn't buy another item from these ever!

I received absolutely no direction via…
I received absolutely no direction via email from Adexa or the courier that I should expect my delivery until I randomly received a call at 07:45 on Monday 27/04 to say he was at my gym to deliver.
In fact I had tried to track the progress of my delivery earlier that morning & it indicated my package was still at their depot.
I had to travel from my home to my gym within 20 min to still receive my delivery. Awful service.
I ordered a griddle from Adexa late…
I ordered a griddle from Adexa late February that was delivered without any feet or a user’s manual. I contacted this company via email and received a response a little slow but not complaining about that. I was promised a manual! Almost 3 months now and nothing! I I messaged back several times ! And was told the manufacturer was notified and that they would get one for me ?! Nothing !
I was asked to take photos of the griddle and area of where the missing feet would be fitted! I’m not an engineer! And waited for help from a friend. I supplied photos. And was £10 for the missing feet ! I refused and explained I need the feet not £10
I have finally received the feet in may
After 3 months. Now I don’t have a manual or any instructions. Still waiting!
So far so good

Easy to find exactly what I needed on…
Easy to find exactly what I needed on the website. Very competitively priced. Purchased and was delivered on time, good updates from company and delivery service.
Be very careful and read all T&C
If you've got a damaged item please notify it within 24h from the delivery as reported in their T&C.
The options are to send back on your own cost plus a 20% of "refund fee" plus a variable charge if items are damaged or missing. So if something go wrong you're going to loose a lot of money. Delivery is quite quick, and Customer support is also efficient and answers immediately. However there is not so much they can do if you find yourself outside their policy.

Great purchase wet/dry vacuum cleaner for my garage. Fantastic suction 😀
Avoid avoid. Never seen such a shambles!
Delivered a filing cupboard a day late with no explanation. 6 panels were buckled. We boxed it back up and it was collected for return. Now they dont know where it is! Then, a week later, a second box arrived. They say its the second part of my item...except my item already had all of the parts in it! Can't speak with a human. No refund...no sense from them online. Stuck now. 20 + emails. I give up!!! DO NOT go near Adexa. Shockingly bad.
