They charged me $49 before the trial even expired. I've already issued a chargeback with my credit card company and will be taking further legal action also. This company doesn't deserve to be in business. Stay away at all costs!

Still charging us after a free trial which was cancelled a month ago.. we have had two $49 invoices come out of our account

I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial on June 10, 2025, and cancelled my account the same day. My dashboard even confirmed: “This cancelled. You won’t be charged once the trial expires.”

Despite this, I was charged $49 for a Starter Plan (Invoice #2025-3722). I contacted support immediately and sent all the relevant documentation (including screenshots and transaction ID), but have received no response for over a week.

This is highly unprofessional. If a trial is cancelled, no charge should be applied — and ignoring refund requests is unacceptable.

I do not recommend AdEspresso and will be escalating the issue to my bank and consumer protection authorities.

Obviously made a mistanke and got billed $94 when I was only trying to get a free trial to see if AdEspresso was a good fit for our company. Doesn't respond to my e-mails about the issue, nor on Facebook.

In one word: embarrassing. I heard great things about this platform, so I gave it a try.

After publishing my very first campaign I was greeted with an error about my audience. The same audience entered worked perfectly when being used on Facebook and other platforms.

Instead of apologizing for the issue, offering a compensation or at least extending my trial, they answered: "Upon checking the campaign setup I can see the audience should be big enough to publish with no issues so I have escalated this case to the Tier 2 Specialist to investigate further. Our team will get back to you once an update is available."

It's now been almost two weeks and I still didn't hear a word from their "Tier 2 Specialist".

Most shockingly, they didn't even answer to my follow-ups and other support requests. Luckily we didn't spend a dime for this broken platform and outrageous customer service.

I got a $690 automatic rebill from my account registration.

I complained about this with the customer support and they gave me a full refund.

Never used the service itself but I approve the customer support :)

Just be careful with the free trial and don't select yearly plan, select monthly and just cancel the day before (put alarms/notifications etc...).

I mistakenly put the yearly plan and didn't remember to check and I was about to lose $690. They refunded me because I explained my situation.
