Quick delivery and nice and polite 2 men that put my bed together in no time very professional. Love the colour as well. I had only one issue but not marking down as I really think it was forgotten but they left all my plastic and cardboard at the entrance of my neighbours garden didn’t say they left it and I didn’t notice until later on . The bed is lovely in dark green velvet and good quality at a bargain price. It came a couple of weeks after ordering and the cheerful delivery guys were great. They installed everything including the drawers and headboard - worth the extra charge for me. Recommended.

After receiving your order, we sent you an email to explain that, unfortunately, we were unable to deliver to your postcode. Before cancelling the order, we also contacted alternative couriers that we regularly use for surrounding areas to see if they could fulfil the delivery. Unfortunately, they also confirmed that they do not deliver to your postcode, leaving us unable to complete your order.
As soon as this was confirmed, we processed a full refund to your original payment method.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after our mattresses had been recommended to you, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best with your new mattress.

My bed was easy to order communication with the company was good. One of the casters was damaged I called the company and they are putting a new one in the post to me. Bed is very comfortable.

Absolutely dreadful company. Turned up 2 days late due to a ‘van breaking down’- looking at reviews this has happened before to other customers. Finally arrived today but the bottom half doesn’t match the top and one of the legs doesn’t even attach properly. Tried contacting the company, yet have been ignored.
